I had an appointment. I waited almost 10 minutes in the lobby beyond my appointment time before someone showed up. There was one other customer ahead of me who was there to drop of his car a few hours ahead of his appointment. I explained to the employee they were already late getting to my appointment. He ignored me and proceeded to help the other customer whose appointment was hours away. I can’t rate their quality of service or product because i walked out. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this place and took my business elsewhere.

Great friendly service with attention to detail. My car stays much cooler with the tint. With your option between 4 shades and helpful advice for what is legal or not. The owner gave me a great quote while informing me it will take 3 hours. While I thought this was a little lengthy they informed me of a local starbucks that passed the time quickly. My bmw x1 looks great with a dark yet legal tint. Been coming here with my family since 2000. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a professional and friendly service.

Referred to Jim @ Tint Connection by a friend, and they were right. Jim and his staff did an excellent job tinting all 5 windows. The rumors are true, if you work/​live reasonably close to the shop, they will give you a ride. Super friendly and upfront with their pricing and service. It has been over 5 years and no bubbles or discoloration on my tint film. Thanks Jim.

I went to tint connection from a recommendation from a friend. Since 2010 I got 2 cars tinted at this establishment.
The first car back in 2010, the tint job was awesome… I’ve since sold that car and not once did I have an issue with bubbling or that weird purple off color you see tint turn on some cars. The tint was as good as new up to the day I sold it.
The second car I just tinted last week. Same deal… everything was perfect, but the tint on the front passenger side started to peel. I called tint connection and they were more than happy to replace it.
In short, good customer service and they use high quality tint that doesn’t bubble up and turn purple. If you are in the market for getting your cars tinted go to this place.

Fair price, Francisco dropped me off and picked me up and I was off driving in less than 4 hrs. They also have a lifetime warranty, which is probably not needed because we all change cars so fast, but nice. $ell SmArt… with Art!

There were some bubbles in my tint when I picked up my car, but as promised, they all went away after a few days. I selected the medium shade tint based on the glass pane display inside, but it ended up looking a lot darker on my car. My car being black on black might be a factor though. If I had to do it over again, I’d definitely come back here for my tint. I’d just go with a lighter shade than medium.

I’m going to be conservative with four stars, because (1) its been so long since I’ve been there, I don’t remember my exact experience (just that it was definitely not bad) and (2) I’ve never been anywhere else so I’m not comparing them to anyone else.
I took my brand new Lancer there 8 years ago for tint. I’d never done it before and didn’t know what I was looking for. Jim was really great helping me decide what to get and what would look good and work best for me. The tint looked absolutely perfect – like you couldn’t even tell the windows didn’t just come that way from the factory. Fast foward 8 years and the windows still look the same. I just bought a new car and I’m planning on taking it down there soon … I’ll be sure to post an update once that is done.

Had them do my 530 BMW about 3 years. I just bought a new car and am shopping for tint, which is why I am just now posting this. When I went to pick up my car, the battery was dead. Apparently, they left key in and doors open/​radio on, and caused me to call BMW assist. After a week, the bubbles that were supposed to disappear did not. They told me to give it another week. The bubbles and lines never did disappear. The reason for 2 stars opposed to one? the price was the best in town… and now, I know that for good reason.
Called this AM to ask about pricing. Told him about the issue last time… said that normally doesn’t happen with BMWs. No price cut… Definitely not going to use them again,

I have been going to this place since 1997, had a great experience everytime I’ve gone. I’ve brought every single one of my car over there as well as recommended several friends and family members.
Jim and Fancisco have been very helpful, especially giving me a great price as a repeat customer. Not only did I bring several cars there, I had to take my BMW there to get the tint peeled off and reapplied 5+ times due to stupid cops giving me window tint tickets.
I would highly recommend them for all your tinting needs.

Flashback to 2006.
I was referred to Jim by a good friend. We show up, and start chatting with him as I drop the car (350Z) off at my appointment. We get some tales of the old Civic days of glory with neons, etc. What a fun time.
Car is ready after about an hour, I follow instructions, and here I am five years later with perfect tint and nothing to complain about. Thanks Jim,

Old school tint shop that does a great job. I’ve taken 3 cars here, all Mercedes & they’ve done excellent jobs. The first 2 times I dealt with Jim & he’s a cool guy. Straight forward about the price & the time it takes.
The last time I went to get my C63 tinted. I went back and forth about 5 times on how dark of a tint I wanted to go with. Fortunately, the guy @ the office that day, Francisco was his name I believe had no problem with me changing my mind so many times. Told me it would take 2 hours and he was off by 2 minutes, hahaha. Got in @ 1:45, finished job @ 3:47.
Ended up just waiting the 2 hours there. Got something to eat, watched some enthralling daytime television, & went through about 5 issues of Wizard. Bonus points for comic book geekdom!
