My sales rep CiCi is great. She gets my style right away and was able to point me to items that were a good fit for me.
As for the products… Tod’s is known for their shoes and they don’t disappoint. I haven’t shopped this brand for many years so I was pleasantly surprised to find they have a whole collection now.

Right when my friend I walked in, all i could smell was asian food. The sales lady was giving attitude to my friend while she was browsing through the sunglasses section and didn’t seem to be familiar with the products. For a higher end store, i would think there would be better workers trained with retail etiquette.

Visited this store just to check it out and not to buy since it is a high-​end and pricey place to buy your driver shoes, however I’m sure very well made and comfortable. Location is on the 2^nd floor next to Macy’s. The store’s visual looks good and so many colorful shoes to choose from. It’s a high-​end leather goods accessories boutique which includes men’s/women’s wallet, shoes, handbags, and eyewear. Customer service is great for not buying and salespeople are not clingy.

I love the brand but unfortunately this store has a terrible staff who are more concerned with their sales numbers than overall brand image and customer satisfaction. If you need to address any issues or need assistance I recommend trying another location.

After scouring most of the shops in South Coast Plaza such as Fendi, YSL, Dior, LV, and armed with information about what kind of handbag I was looking for, my friend and I stopped here to see what they offered. I had never really heard about Tod’s in the handbag world but Jeannie let me in on a little history. There are 8 boutiques in the US and aside from the durable leather goods, they’re also known for their drivers. They are highly exclusive and their products have an understated elegance to them, it was almost too coincidental that this store almost exactly fulfilled my requirements in terms of look and budget. I lucked out on a bag that was a very rich garnet color in their iconic silhouette. My mom will love it!
Next up, to save up for a pair of those drivers!

First timer with buying a pair of Tod’s shoes and was hesitant to go to the boutique, because I can’t stand snooty sales associates. I conveniently walked by the Tod’s boutique at South Coast Plaza and decided to go in. I was thrilled that they were very attentive and super helpful with giving me the scoop on the different styles/​color options.
I ended up buying a pair of tan nubuck leather gommino driving shoes with the tied tassel. I was very happy with their customer service and love the shoes. Told my husband about my experience and he is looking to buy his 1^st pair of Tod’s too! I will be back soon for another color I really wanted too. =)

I felt very upset and embarrasing for their custome service. I asked for the repair (actually just need to get replacement of) an small ornament ring part connecting side buckles of a shoes pair that was missing due to the natural product defect. However, I had not been contacted for over a month. when I fianlly called to ask, they said it was just ready. When I check the shoes, I was very upset. They made the shoes worse than before. They even took out another ornament ring part from the other pair and put regular wire rings to both pairs with soldering to look similar. The soldering makes the side buckles damaged (burnt & a little melted) and look dirty. How could they just try to look ok instantly by deciving me! Isn’t these shoes are luxury brand and cost me over $ 550? How could they repair that ugly. I regret that I should find by a similar wire ring and fix it by myself. Upon my complaint, they told they will order to Italy and will take time. I should wait again but I don’t know how long. Why they didn’t they order at first time since the problem was only a small ring part missing?. I will see how their service will be for the replacement of the parts.

The service here is great! Like the other people who reviewed, I did not have a problem with the customer service, I found it perfect. I was helped and I got what I needed in a well mannered way.
I got my first pair of Tod’s and seriously they are the best shows ever!
Yes they are expensive but they will last forever! I got some with a heel that look like boots to keep warm in the winter.
The ones I got were $ 395.00 plus taxes. Honestly this was the best decision I have ever made! Cannot wait to buy myself another pair! Although I think the ones I bought are going to last me forever.

Have always loved Tod’s designs through the years, and the service here has always been pleasant to very good. Regarding previous reviews I’ve read on Unilocal regarding this Tod’s store, I don’t think the salespeople here are snooty at all. I mean, nobody’s going to rush over to you to shine your shoes when you walk in the door. Today though, the saleswoman exceeded expectations, putting elbow grease into cleaning my sister’s Bottega Veneta bag just because my sister asked for a recommendation for a leather cleaner. Seriously. I love Tod’s.

Excellent merchandise but service is extremely lacking. Was greeted with a friendly enough «hello» upon entering but was only helped further by the comment «some of them are on sale.» No attempt was made to serve me in any fashion– the store is tiny, but they managed to be absent quite admirably. Men’s selection is rather limited and bland.

the leather at tod’s is great. soft. combine it with the shoes. WOW… the ballerina shoes are great. this season, i am not too fond of the colors. i know that i don’t have the friendlies demeanor when i walk in, but if a sales person just says HI to me, i will turn into your best customer. unfortunately when i went the 3 sales people in that tiny ass store were conversing about whatever and only one approached me. i am not expecting all 3 to do so, but they could have just said HELLO.
if i am going to drop 1k for a bag or $ 500 for shoes, you better treat me with dignity and respect. this is not the case for those working friday morning. yeah i am outing you! FRIDAY MORNING SHIFT SUCKS…
mind you, i didn’t go to south coast dressed down like i normally do (my ultimate test for stores who have great customer service, go in sweats and see who still wants to sell you shit). i was having lunch with some people so i wasnt looking like a scrub.
the shoes run small. i normally wear a 6/6.5 but the 5.5 fit me perfectly. and yes small sizes are hard to come by and they needed to locate the shoe for me, however they werent too thrilled about having to work a little more.
utterly disappointing from a high end store. i’ll contemplate about going a different day/​time…

I have mixed feelings about Tods. I mean they have very cute shoes but their service is bleh. I don’t find them friendly unless they target you as a potential customer.
And it’s so hard to find anything in my size! I ordered pair of shoes last month only to cancel the order because it took too long. The lady who helped me was nice enough to scour the country for my shoes only to pre-​order them from Hawaii (I guess that’s where all the shoes for tiny feet go). And even then, it took FOREVER so I gave up.
Then over the holidays, I was given a gift card on my birthday and wandered in here to find the shoes I’ve been eyeing in my size! Yes, I bought it. Yes, they are kiling my ankles.

I wish I could afford the handbags in here. I love to go in there and fondle the supple leather goods wishing I had enough money to purchase one. At a grand or more a pop, it will be years before I can part with that sort of money for a handbag, if ever.
However, in the meantime, I can still wander in here and dream about the day when I can own one of my own.
