Twice the Style

I have been to this place a few times love the area and love the people! I follow them on Instagram they update quite often sales, items that they have and cute ideas for outfits. I called on Saturday night about a pair of Christian Louboutins I saw on their Instagram the lady on the other end was so sweet and held them for me to come in the next day and try them on! They are so helpful and sweet the customer service is A+ and I really like the fact that they are so welcoming! I will definitely come back and will hopefully consign with them in the future!

First of all, everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. I’ve both shopped here, and consigned things here and I’ve always had a great experience.
It seems like a lot of the clothes are very small sizes, but it’s hard to control that when you’re reselling individual pieces. I think that would be the only negative, but I’ve also found plenty of things that fit me and I’m wearing a jacket I purchased at Twice the Style right now!

Always drive by this store and finally decided to come in on Sunday and fell in love with this store. I was helped by a very friendly employee. I will definitely be back. Great little gem of a store.

I was in here today and I am completely baffled by the negative reviews. I have been a customer here for years and I have nothing but nice things to say about how friendly everyone is. Shannon, Kellie, Patricia and Jade are AMAZING. I brought some things in today knowing that some things would not be accepted from the get-​go. They took what was current and I left with several things and I could not be happier. The transaction was simple, quick, and effortless. The store is absolutely beautiful and the selection of inventory is top-​notch. Thank you to everyone at Twice The Style and I will see you very soon! :)

Update… They called me and are compensating me for their mistake. They were very apologetic and I think it’s great that they called me to make it right. In which case I am adding 2 more stars because they did admit fault and make it right :)
Awful!!! I had made a drop off and they were too busy and asked if they could send me my itemized cost via usps. I said sure no problem. I myself took a list of what I dropped off of course.
30 minutes later I get a phone call that 2 of my jackets (obey and North Face) had minor flaws. I say no problem I can come by next week on Monday or Wednesday to pick up when I have a babysitter. They inform me no problem we will hold onto them. The following week they call me to follow up and I say yep I’ll be in on Wednesday!
I arrive to pick up my jackets and they bring me the wrong bag of stuff and a note saying they accidentally donated my jackets!!! What?! And offered me a donation receipt. ZERO compensation for their mistake. I inform them the bag of stuff they are trying to give me is not mine. So I ask for all of my items that they are trying to sell back.
After rummaging through their store they are unable to find stuff because they realized they sold one and can’t find the other pair of jeans. Terrible.
I will never take anything here again.

Although I’ve had no problem selling my items to them, I would not work with them again. The sales staff is beyond terrible, treat you like you simply do not exist, ignore you, push you out of the way, play favorites, and simply put do not care. Before driving to collect my account money, I would typically call in, out of 5 calls I was hung up on 3 and put on hold for over 15 mins before I hung up myself on another. I work in sales and customer service and know how one should be treated and approached as a customer, I’m surprised people keep coming back into this store honestly.

Always find designer clothes and shoes with every visit and more than reasonable prices. The ladies are very selective with what they accept which pays off for the consumer. Many times I have bought clothes that still had the original tags on them for about ¹⁄₃ of the price. If you are looking for designer purses, this is the place!

The ladies that work here are consistently lovely and helpful. I stopped in on a mission for some work pieces 30 minutes before they closed and they shopped with me and were extremely accommodating. They stayed a little late for me and were all smiles. As with all consignment, you have to go in on the «right» day… I found pieces I usually buy at Neimans for fractions of the cost and in perfect condition, some with tags still on. I had never thought I’d be a consignment shopper, but with all the true designer labels, in new shape, it can’t be beat.

I’ve had a very bad experience with this store.
They are not professional and some of my designer pieces went missing.
I would not recommend you shop or consign here.

Excellent selection of designer brands, tons to chose from!
Small strip mall location with easy parking, the ladies working there are super nice.
Prices are a bit high, but the clothes and purses are high quality and guaranteed authentic!

I can’t even wrap my head around all the nasty reviews on here! While I did give it four stars (occasionally the selection is disappointing but hey, it’s a consignment store) I’m in here at least once every two weeks and the staff is always working, always diligent, and ALWAYS friendly.
Prices are steep for the average joe, but their sale room can be really killer… And their end of the month sales? Forget about it.

A mishmash of gently worn clothes and accessories that are pretty good. They are not priced great, but if you go to the sale room, u can really score.
They blonde owner lady is often rude to people, as I have seen it more often than not. And when people leave the shop, they talk about the poor souls who aren’t perfect 10s. SO they do an ugly and poor and fat shame thing, which I don’t like. Because of this, I stopped shopping there. They were nice to me, as far as I know, but I sold clothes there and had quite a little side business with them. But I just didn’t like their attitudes to others.
A friend of mine who is height challenged walked in there and tried to consign some very nice clothes to them. Cruella told her «you are built like a little kid, this stuff won’t sell here, try a kids store.» Not nice to someone who is sensitive to being über short.
My chapter with them is over. But that’s just me.

Love the store! Ladies… please check your receipt, they round up everything to nearest whole dollar, and they keep it! Imagine how much they make from each sale but doing that! Sale days is the worst! A $ 99 dollar item half off is not $ 50 it’s $ 49.50 but they charge you $ 50! So be careful it will add up depending on how much you spend. other then that great store!

Why is the owner so horribly rude to her customers?
Maybe ‘cuz the clothes in here are mostly picked over and their markup is riDIC? Some of the tops and blouses have been ridden hard and put away wet, and a few of the expensive sweaters have those little balls on them. When you do find something that looks decent, i.e., a DVF wrap dress, it’s $ 200!
Now, if I’m gona pay $ 200 for «the dress that started it all,» I might as well just drop the other hunnie and pick it up brand new at Saks.

Yeah I know… why did I come in here? I came in here because I was in the shopping center. The merchandise here is on the older side… think a Chico’s customer. They also carried quite a few designer bags which were priced on the pricey side for used bags.
There is a bargain room in the back. I picked up a bag marked down from $ 89.00 to $ 40.00. I almost bought it but no… I don’t need any more bags at the moment so I put it back.
Nobody said «hello» to me but that’s fine, they seemed to be busy. I had to flag down a girl because I picked up the price tag on a Jimmy Choo bag to look at it and it came off in my hands. I could have just thrown it on the ground a walked away but no, I’m not that kind of a girl.
A sales lady was helping another customer while I was there and she was really giving this lady a «hard sell». She kept pulling stuff out of a room where the «new» stuff is that had just come in. She was showing it to the customer and the customer told her like 8 – 10 times «No, not my style». Geesh lady, get the hint and stop showing her crap she has already told you is not her style.

Have been shopping here for years now and find something almost every time I come in. You must have time to really search through the stuff and you will find seething you love.
All the ladies that work there are very friendly and always trying to help.
Definitely a 5 star shop!

If you had asked me to review this 10 yrs ago, it would have been 4 – 5 stars. The clothes then were often near new (less than a year old and barely worn) and the asking price was fair. I could get designer tops at a steal and couldn’t decide what I wanted because there were more than a few. The shoes tended to be near new, but not always, but once again affordable. The staff was relatively nice and helpful. Just a smidge snobby and not all the time.
Fast forward to the past year or two…
I walk in the past couple years and I don’t see much of anything that’s really stylish, chic, or unique. I may find one or two things I like but they are overpriced for their quality. What a shame because I really used to like this shop.
Oh…one more thing. Whoever said the staff were snobby was right. Snobby is something no one has to be ever, but especially here.

I have popped in here a couple of times but was not at all impressed. I never see anything that peaks my interest, clothes seem dated and nothing seems unique. Why shop in a cosignment store if you are not going to find something that you are excited about. Just because something is a steal doesn’t mean it is a great find. There was no greeting. Perhaps it is because the ladies behind the counter are too busy chatting with one another. It takes a lot for me to give a 1 star but there are some really fantastic places that are consignment that make you feel welcome and you might find a treasure. Never again.

Seriously… the best consignment shop I have EVER been to and I have been to some of the best as a NY’er on the hunt for bargains on designer items!

Quality DESIGNER items.
I dont care for their store hours though and return policy.
I encourage you to TRY EVERYTHING ON BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
Lay away available too… SMH! LOL!
Otherwise, I appreciate this place.
Once you start shopping here… its rather addictive though.

FYI they don’t tell you this but they charge $ 2 for everything they buy from you — ie they will tell you they’re selling something for $ 17.99, but when they ticket the item it is for $ 19.99
Also, snooty employees.
