Fast, professional, and do very clean work. Had all my stereo work done here

This guy over charges and will nickel and dime you to death. Both on my install and removal he quoted me one low price, but when it came time to doing the job the price had magically risen 50 – 100 bucks. I will never use his services again, and I recommend you don’t either.

Stopped by for an estimate on upgrading my stereo.
I spoke with a guy named Tony that struck me as condescending and unprofessional. We seemed to have a personality conflict straight away so I followed my gut feelings and left without buying anything.

Wave auto sound took good care of me. I had first called a Toyota dealer and they needed over $ 100 just to look. My issue was that the CD changer in my car had stopped working. I thought it had given up the ghost, but the good people here were able to fix it in a matter of days and charge less that the dealership’s consult fee.
The proprietor here was very knowledgable and gave me good advice about my system, options and operation.

Amazing experience! I pulled into the shop this morning and was greeted to the owner of the business who is very knowledgable and has lots of experience. I was having issues with my aux input and he told me what they were going to do and gave me a rough time estimate. Shortly after he called me and said they were done and that it wasn’t a big issue and found an easy fix. I visited multiple other audio shops and none of them thought of the solution or even looked for the problem. Instead, other places wanted me to buy an expensive part and have that installed.
In short, great experience, great customer service, and an owner who puts his customers first. They don’t try to sell you on products you don’t need, they deliver the easiest solutions to their customers.
Will be coming back in the future for any needs I have and I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I received a radar detector as a gift from a good friend of mine for my 2005 G35 coupe. I wanted the cleanest install possible, meaning minimal wire and cable exposure. I brought my car in to have Tony take a look at what I had and gave me different options based off what I wanted for the installation. Tony is a perfectionist. He would rather turn you away and reschedule you for a perfect and clean install as I only had an hour that day.
I came back the next day and Tony worked away. Talking with him, he’s a very compassionate man who wants the best for his customers. His professionalism and business practice is something you can be confident in when having your car serviced here. He even went out of his way to install my LED bulbs into my taillight which I hadn’t gotten to due to missing tools. All for free.
I came out with a clean install, confidence in his workmanship, and a new go — to for any audio or electrical needs. I would definitely check this place out.

Tony is amazing!!! He is such a kind Human being. When you leave your car with him, you know your car will be in good hands.

I’m not too experienced when it comes to auto shops so I was a little nervous about going here to get my new stereo put in. Once I talked to Tony, the owner, all my anxieties were washed away. He’s such a nice guy and tells it like it is. When installing the radio he noticed my car had some issues with the alarm and offered to fix it at a very small price, he offered to fix the doors too but I declined. He didn’t insist on fixing them, showing that he’s not out there trying to get the extra buck. He comes off as very genuine and friendly, not your average salesman. He’s just a really nice guy with knowledge and love for cars. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some work on their car stereo.

Absolutely amazing experience!
I have had many audio systems installed in my cars over the last 10 years and have never had the time, care, and detail put into a custom install before.
Tony the owner is amazing he truly loves what he does and you can see it in his work. he completely tore down my interior and fixed all the problems that the last guys screwed up and used top quality products to replace the wiring in the car.
I had a dream of what I wanted in the car and tony took that dream and took to a whole nother level.
my experience was a 10 out of 10, he even took the time to fix and repair little problems with the car that didn’t even have to do with the audio install and charged me much less then I thought it was going to cost to do a full custom audio install
I will never take my car anywhere else from now on tony is the man!

Made the mistake of trusting them, put in wrong cheaper radio and tried to charge me $ 300-​$ 500 to correct mistake. Now I am stuck, horrible experience.

Tony was very helpful… maybe a little too helpful? I went in for a minor fix and was quoted about 50 dollars… but then a little fix there and another little fix here and I was down an extra hundred or so.
I’m not complaining here or anything; just be careful because he’s one smooth talker.

Tony is awesome! He truly makes you feel like you are his only customer as he takes as much time as you need to explain everything to you. I am a very thorough person and Tony answered every single question I had, never for second making me feel rushed or forced to buy his products. I have never had a better customer experience. He is a genuinely good person and treated me like family. Honestly, if you treat him with respect, he will return it to you ten fold (and maybe even hook you up with some free stuff as he did with me: D)
I got two 12′ Pioneer subs installed and had my windows tinted and would have them done by Tony again in a heartbeat. The tints look great, and I went with what he recommended (15% in the from and 35% in the back). Both products have really exceeded my expectations. I know that if I am ever getting anything else electronic related done in my car, I am going right back to Tony!
His prices are unbeatable too! I shopped around at a bunch of places before going to Tony, and none of them gave me low prices and made me feel at home like Tony. He explained every little thing to me and even installed the amp under my seats for free! He has done an amazing job.

I brought my M3 to get the whole sound system re-​done. Tony, the owner, was amazing to work with and hooked me up! Tony listened to my needs and explained everything to me and addressed my concerns. Don’t rush these guys as you can’t rush quality work. Tony and his guys worked with me within my budget and delivered and amazing new sound system! I highly recommend Tony’s shop for all your audio needs!

Tony is awesome. He was persistent in finding the option I could afford. I was installing a new head unit in my truck and thought I could do it on my own. Tony gave me a deal on the parts I needed as well as some advice for the installation process. When I ran into trouble I came back to the shop and he was able to explain the situation. And once again he gave me a discounted rate for the job. He installed everything I needed plus some extra! He made sure everything was working properly and helped me prepare for future modifications as well. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!
He’s an incredibly friendly man who knows exactly what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

These guys are good for everyday small easy items…
Then again I installed a rearView cam
Had to come back to get image corrected
& glue cam kept falling off so I had to secure it to rear lic light my self.

Here is bad & negative…
I had a expensive KVH trackVision dish
That stopped working.
My dish downloaded data 50% & was stopping. The owner Tony delegated my dish to be fixed by an employee.
I don’t think that employee has had, proper training to be a KVH repair man as a KVH repair facility.
From KVH dealer a KVH repair man, sent me unsticking order that I fwd email to this repair shop. This shop did not even read it.
This shop wanted me to buy another more expensive dish or get another dish on eBay to put on. While this shop was wanting to charge me $ 85 ea time on/​off.
I called other shops on KVH list their fee $ 40.
In the end I reinstalled my own dish
Followed the KVH installer instructions
Fixed by a consumer with no training & after few hours of work my dish started working.
I Called shop owner tony next day, told him
He incorrectly charged me $ 85 for a service he never performed. He in retuned called me a ungrateful sob.
* theses guys can do small jobs ok!
But big jobs for limousines & KVH dishes are not their specialty, even if the owner tony is a nice guy at times & over delivers!
