Where’s the Party

I wasn’t sure what I was going to do about wedding invites. I wanted something very custom and rich looking. Like «count of monte Cristo» inspired invitations. In order to get that, I’d have to design them myself.
It was a very easy process and I couldn’t have been happier. They were ready within 2 weeks.
I’d defiantly recommend this store for invitations.

Because this store has good stuff and its close to home, I go in from time to time.
But wow! What attitude and lack of gracious customer service or appreciation. I usually end up thanking THEM for my purchase.
When i wanted to buy some invitation stock, I had to ask a woman who was standing around to help me… she seemed seriously annoyed.
Not a very pleasant experience.

Extremely disappointed with how this merchant conducts themselves. I purchased several items for my daughters first birthday here. I don’t live close by so I purchased more than I needed. I talked with the young sales girl when I purchased the items and I told her that I didn’t have the money in my budget for all the items and would need to return some things. I inquired about their policy and she seemed confused but said, «you can return for 30 days because they are not seasonal or stationary» Upon trying to return they stated they would give me store credit only. I would not have purchased the items if the girl had told me that. They said its on the receipt but I talked to THEIR PAID associate so I wasnt checking the receipt, I was going off what she told me.

When we walked in, we did not know what to expect. Too much information to swallow, not too much knowledge about wedding invitations.
Thanks to Sheri, she is a such a helpful sweet heart. It took us three weeks to make a decision… but she never pressured us.
Because of their service and resources, I would absolutely recommend this place.

Brrrrr! It’s cold in here! There’s an unmistakable air of pretentiousness at Where’s the Party. Came here for wedding invitations… and granted they have a huge and excellent selection… but we felt judged the entire time. The sales rep even made a comment that was basically can you even afford this? But honestly, we couldn’t. Lol. Sorry I’m not willing to spend thousands on 100 invites. We had just come from Paper Source which was more affordable and had tons of customers, whereas this place was literally empty. Wonder why?

I truly LOVE everything in this store so my husband and I decided to get our save the dates and wedding invitations here. We went back for all the extras we needed for our big day, including menus, table numbers, a seating chart board, and stickers. We worked with Pam who was so helpful and the best with etiquette. Cari, their graphic designer, did the most beautiful work I have ever seen. Our wedding was so special and gorgeous thanks to Pam and Cari. Our guests are still talking about the beautiful details!

Love this place! My daughter ordered her wedding invites, matching table signs, programs, etc. from here. Tons of compliments from guests. Recently I ordered engagement party invites and custom decorations, signs etc. for my sons engagement party. They coordinate everything. I just ordered custom signs to match invites for my son’s 40^th birthday. My husband thinks I plan parties just to shop here. I have worked with Mimi, Pam and Christina. Everyone there is so patient, helpful and creative.

Shopped around and was not impressed until I walked into Where’s the Party? Found this place on accident on a breakfast adventure with my husband and I am SO glad we did. Jessica was so patient and helpful and together, we created a gorgeous, unique wedding invitation that did not break the bank!
I went back for the printed materials for my big day and they helped me create a suite of items, all inspired by the original invitation! Getting my invites from Where’s the Party? is one of the best decisions I made during wedding planing… for real!
I would recommend this store for wedding invites, anything you need to be printed and look beautiful. Not to mention, its the cutest store on 17^th Street! They have fun décor items, all sorted by style and color, so girly and fun!

Found this place today and I love it! Definitely a hidden gem with lots of greetings cards and some really nice Christmas items too (even if it is a bit early lol). Will definitely come back to this area for this place.

Great selection but bad customer service. I walked in not knowing they were closing, asked if I could pick out a card and they said yes. Two minutes later the gal at the register says she has to close out and couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me to pick out a card. If they were closed they shouldn’t have let me in in the first place. I won’t be coming back to give them any more business.

I came to the store for the first time to have some wedding gifts wrapped. As I entered the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had to come back for the packages the next day because I had dropped them off close to closing time. This was completely understandable. When I arrived the next day everyone again was friendly and helpful. Shari was who assisted me directly. When she retrieved my packages I hesitantly expressed disappointment in the bows. She had not been involved in the original wrapping but insisted on redoing them and showed me several options. She could not have been more gracious! The end product was amazing.

This place is nice if you’re gathering mom and a bridesmaid to make a day out of invite shopping. They have TONS of options and a cute little environment. Unfortunately, the staff is not very bright? To try to say it nicely? We were walked through the process like we had never seen an invitation before, then when we quickly found our dream invites and were ready to make a decision — the staff could not understand how we made a decision in less than an hour. It’s almost like they tried to convince us to keep looking. After begging to get a general price quote, the gal went in the back for 15 minutes (still not sure what took so long) and came back with a price THOUSANDS of dollars more than we planned to spend. We left the shop, googled the invites, and purchased them for $ 400.
I would have liked to purchase from Where’s the Party — but it just made no sense. I’d recommend skipping this place!

I purchased my wedding invitations here recently and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and this store! Pam was extremely helpful, sweet, and patient with my mom and I. She helped us get the wording just right on the invitations and made a few great suggestions about what else we should put with them. I ordered them on a Saturday and had the proofs by Tuesday. They came out exactly how I wanted them… traditional, elegant, but not too over to the top… they are beautiful.

I’ve been going here for years. Great gifts… invitations …and customer service! I just picked up my custom made picture and frame and it looks superb! Kristine even left me weekly VM’s on the status of it which I really appreciated.

Best invitation customer service ever! After meeting the lovely ladies at where’s my party at a bridal show we were both exhibiting in, I had the pleasure of visiting their shop. There I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable assistance. With only three short months to our wedding they let me know that my choices were limited and helped me design the perfect invitation. Their in-​house graphic designer tweaked even the littlest of details; end result… happy Bride! Thank you all for reducing my stress.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and the invitation side of the store was empty except for my fiancé and I and the woman working that side didn’t even bother to say anything. As we walk around looking for wedding invitations, she couldn’t be bothered to help when she saw that we weren’t finding anything.
After 20 mins I finally go up to her and ask her if she works there and that’s when she finally decided to help. While she was supposed to be helping us other customers came in and instead of asking other associates to help them she just left me with the books. I was ready to place the order but since I was being such a nuisance to Pam, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Not only did Pam miss out on my invitation order, she made the store miss my business for the rest of my wedding needs.

Need an adorable gift? Go here. Need stationary? Go here. Honestly I am obsessed with this store. They have the BEST knick knack stuff and party supplies. Sure, it’s not cheap but you’re also buying gniche items! They carry Kate Spade party supplies & stationary along with a slew of other amazing independent brands. I’m super bummed I didn’t know about this place before I got married!!! I’ve NEVER had a problem with their customer service. To be honest, I just do my own thing and when I need help, I’ve asked and they’ve been helpful!

Definitely has a great selection of goodies if you’re looking for something snazzy and don’t mind splurging. I went in looking for a v-​day card while on my lunch break, and went exploring because I couldn’t bring myself to spend $ 6 on a very standard card… to my surprise I stumbled upon the PERFECT trimmings for a bottle of infused whiskey that I was working on as a gift for my bf’s film event! Staff was a little iffy but the place seemed busy – ill definitely be back for future projects. Oh, the parking lot was a nightmare, park in the back
