I called Kelly’s to fix my old but much-​loved washing machine, which had stopped spinning. I called in the late afternoon on Monday, and they offered to come Tuesday morning, but I wasn’t home, so I asked if they could come Wednesday. We scheduled between 11 and 1, and he was here right on time, calling first to let me know when he would arrive He fixed the washer quickly, had the part necessary on his truck, and then showed me that the middle post agitator was also not working correctly. He fixed that for me too, all very reasonable and done within an hour at the most. I ran a few loads of clothes last night and I’m amazed at how much better the machine operates

Like other reviewers, I found everyone at the company to be very friendly and competent. Our Samsung Induction Range went out during a power surge in Guerneville. We had Sears Home Appliance Service out, they ordered a couple of $ 350 parts (one of which didn’t fit and the other didn’t fix the problem). There was also a $ 140 charge for the service visit. After checking Unilocal,called Kelly’s and spoke to Mark, who said he’d worked on these things before. They don’t service G’ville, but a friend loaned us his truck and we dropped it off one day. Within a week, Mark called to say that he replaced a $ 50 part and that it worked fine now. He also referred me to a guy who delivered it back to our (remote) place up north for $ 80. Everything works great! Total price: $ 40 diagnostic, $ 50 part, $ 100 repair: $ 190.

We needed a part replaced on our microwave. When I called to make the appointment, they returned the call in one day, stating the part had arrived, and arranged a convenient time for the work to be done.
Dane arrived on time, giving me a call 15 minutes before his arrival. He was very professional and courteous, got the part replaced quickly, and left the area clean.
We’ll be sure to call Kelly’s for any future appliance repairs.

Mark Kelly arrived ahead of time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our melting refrigerator. A new part was in the next morning and he was out shortly after to replace it. That saved the bulk of the food in the freezer. Terrific service, very reasonable price, professional and friendly. Don’t call anyone else. You can’t do better.

Service tech gave courtesy call 15 minutes before on time arrival. Diagnosed problem within 10 minutes of arrival, gave quote for repair of my washer/​dryer combo: had replacement drain pump in his van. Total time on site was less then 90 minutes, and only evidence he was here was the now functioning appliance. Quote was for $ 270-​$ 280, final price was $ 267 and change. Would recommend, and will use them again if necessary.

After Home Depot delivered, but refused to install my dishwasher (because they’re lazy), I called Kelly’s and shoulda called them in the first place!
I called at the end of the day on Tuesday and they scheduled me for the next afternoon. AWESOME! The technicians arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. They had a difficult space to work in, but had the dishwasher installed and running in an hour. AWESOME!
Although their price was twice as much as Home Depot, it was totally reasonable and absolutely worth it!
Please keep local businesses like this going!

The dishwasher quit working. All it took was a phone call to Kelly’s. They picked up a new dishwasher and installed it within a couple of days.
The next week the stovetop burners quit working. So again I called Kelly’s. Mark came out and tried to fix it. He discovered it need parts. He came back the next day with the parts. But discovered the parts couldn’t be installed. So he immediately called around to get a new one. With in a couple of hours it arrived. Mark came back immediately and installed it with no problems.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful this company it. Professional, courteous, prompt and honest.

Kelly has been our go-​to guy for appliance repair longer than I care to admit. We started with Kelly when his father ran the company and have continued to call on them after his very capable son took over. They are always on time, honest with pricing and never fail to get to the bottom of whatever problem we might have, regardless of the brand or age of the appliance. I don’t know what we would do without them.
They are unequivocally the best there is!

While these guys have done a few things that rubbed me the wrong way I would probably call them again if I sincerely needed to. They are timely and work like their pants are on fire. Their prices are exorbitant (My father worked in GE appliances, an electronics panel for an oven costs $ 15 to make, not $ 300) but standard for the profession so no complaints. The $ 80 fee it takes them to bother coming out to see you gets rolled into any actual repairs so that’s alright.
My issue was with my oven. The tech came out after I described it, switched the breaker on and off, and was about to leave. I made him stick around so I could ask him a few more questions, get quotes for some other work. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest with any questions I asked but here is my problem:
Two days later my oven stopped working again. I tripped the breaker again like he did, but now it was not even getting up to temperature. I wanted them to come back out because this could have been a problem with either the electric or the oven and I am not a professional who can tell which. They were happy to do so until I said I wanted them to come out for free since they had already been out here twice. They, after a bit of prodding agreed. However, minutes before their scheduled arrival time they decided it was an electrical problem, and besides that they wouldn’t come out there because I had cockroaches. It apparently skeeves the tech out so much he just up and refuses to do his job.
This would have been a simple matter to resolve if the first time they had showed up they had spent 20 seconds looking at the matter and told me «Oh, and you have a problem with your breaker. You should call an electrician.»

Very satisfied. Dane showed up at my place to take a look at my ice maker in my freezer (it has been out for over a year!). Dane took all of about 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong and another 10 minutes or so to fix it. Cost was well below half what i was quoted by another appliance maintenance business. Kelly’s is highly recommended and will be my go to appliance repair spot from now on.

We recently purchased a brand new clothes dryer from Home Depot that needed to be vented out of the side, not the back. Home Depot delivery drivers are not equipped to do this — so I figured that I could. After reading the instructions and viewing a YouTube video, I took the back of the dryer off and went to work. Two hours later, cut up and bruised, I realized just how difficult thus job was and that I was in over my head. I made a decision to call Kelly’s Appliance Center for help.
The appointment was scheduled and I was given a 2 hour time window. Mark called when he was on the way. He got here on time, took the dryer apart and fixed the venting problem. The repair and service call were only $ 140 as estimated over the phone.
The next day, I realized that the dryer was now making a rattling noise that it had not made before, (probably due to something I did when I took it apart). Mark came back out, again took the entire dryer apart, found the noise problem and fixed it. Cost for the return call: Free.
I completely and totally recommend Kelly’s Appliance Center and plan on contacting them FIRST for any appliance repair need.

We recently had a old dryer removed and replaced with a dryer from Kelly’s. Delivery charges were reasonable the used price on the dryer was reasonable and the whole experience happened on the same day and took only a matter of hours.
Knowledgeable staff reasonable prices and good service is what they provide. Highly recommended.
