Libarle Vineyards is a small family owned and operated vineyard specializing in Pinot Noir wine. Located in a fog belt outside Cotati in Sonoma County, the vineyard property has been in our family for four generations. Almost all of the labor is done by ourselves and the wine is made by my father Jeff.
We only produce 300 cases annually and only sell the wine direct to consumers via UPS. Tours and tastings available by appointment only.

History
Established in 2000.
The property was purchased by my great grandparents who emigrated from Italy in the early 1900’s. This small vineyard grows on property that has now been in the family for four generations. Wine Maker Jeff Libarle obtained his degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis in the 70’s and has been perfecting his technique of wine making ever since.
Libarle Vineyards produces Pinot Noir only and specializes in direct sales. We only produce 300 cases annually and are very proud of this high quality wine!

Having the good fortune of growing up next door to my grandparents was the best. They were humble people of limited means, but were some of the wealthiest in terms of love, food and friendship. It’s a privilege to now be the third generation living and working the land. After graduating from U.C. Davis with a degree in Viticulture and Enology, I promptly left for France to work for six months in Burgundy. Upon returning, I married my high school sweetheart Janet (also from an ag background) and have continued to work in the wine industry for over 35 years. We are both thrilled to have our son Mikkel (now the fourth generation) taking over the reins. We thank you for your support and are confident that you will be pleased with the fruits of our labor!
