Description

Specialties

Masalajack’s serves the best Indian Curry’s in the North bay at most reasonable prices. The Tikka Masala’s or the Vindaloo dishes are to die for. Come try the Tandoori dishes and you will fall in love with them.

Our Cheesechili Kulcha, the Garlic Naan or the Famous Kabuli Naan are just amazing and the Butter Naan is just $ 1.

We are great supporters of the «Green Cuisine» and hence have a large selection of Vegan & Vegetarian dishes.

Unlike other restaurants our desserts are all made in house. We proudly serve Gulab Jamun, Kheer, Gajar Halwa, Kulfi and Suji Halwa for the Vegans.

History

Established in 2008.

The «Legend of Masalajack’s» goes something like this:

Back in the Great American Gold Rush of 1849, thousands of prospectors headed to the USA to panhandle for gold. Many found fortunes, thousands died, a few found fame, but perhaps the most famous of all was Jagir Singh known as «Masalajack’s who left the Panjab for USA. Jack found no Gold but found fortune when he introduced the cowboys of the Wild West to the delights of Indian Cuisine. His fame travelled across America, a legend was born. Old tales tell that the words, «Masalajack’» derived from Jagir Singh, maybe true… maybe not…
