Dustin is a disabled Marine who has managed multiple locations that the two owners of Doc Holliday’s own. He is very hard charging and go getting! He enjoys sports especially hockey and baseball!

I had the Doc’s White Fish Meal. It came with a salad and a side. I chose a baked potato. The meal was unimaginative, but okay. The baked potato was a little firm, but still comes and tasty. The real thrilling part was the fried cod filet. The breading was crispy, tasty, and not heavy. It complimented the perfectly cooked fish inside. This is the best fried cod filet I think I’ve ever had, even though it was served on a couple slices of white bread and the tartar sauce was from a plastic packet.
