Mr. Boundas graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX in 1988 with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Political Science. He then attended John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL from 1989 – 1992 (J.D.). During law school he worked for the firm of Peterson & Ross. He was licensed to practice in Illinois in 1992 and in Indiana in 1999.

He has worked as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Commerce Commission, litigating statewide against the trucking and railroad industries from 1993 – 1995. In 1995 he worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Department of Insurance, hearing cases related to violations of Illinois Insurance Laws by Insurance Companies and Insurance Agencies. In private practice he has represented many clients in all aspects of divorce and family law. He concentrates his practice in family law and construction/​mechanics lien litigation.
