We install and service all the garage door products we sell. We also sell garage door products without installation for customers who prefer «Do-​It-​Yourself» installation.

Door pricing was average. Time to order and install garage door average. Quality of door average. Shawn Fagan who oversaw installation was an absolute disaster. He verbally attacked my contractor, me, and me to my wife when I wasn’t home. He had an issue with the framing for the garage door which was done to Fagan’s specifications.
I’ve dealt with contractors, subs, etc for years and never dealt with anyone that nuts.
There are tons of garage companies out there, go to them!

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, I’m sorry but after seeing so many ads on Patriots games I had high expectations for Fagan Door. Unfortunately none of those expectations were meet.
My salesperson, Steve, was very pleasant and nice at our home. Our installation has some unique challenges in that one of the doors has to rise up high on its track to clear an side access door that is there now. Steve explained this would produce challenges in the installation. I advised him that there would be many options from not allowing the side door to fully shut to closing out the side door altogether to lowering the height of the side door. I told him we were flexible and desperately needed new garage doors.
So I was shocked when Steve called back and left a voicemail and state «sorry we are passing on the job». Literally without any further explanation. I called Steve back asked him what was up and he explained that the way they would have to do the install I wouldn’t be happy so they just weren’t going to do it. I advised him that I’m not happy now with the current doors and I told him how disappointed I was with Fagan.
We had a competitor of Fagan’s quote the job and they said it’s fine, not ideal but not a problem and our doors are on order. So my advice is if you are using Fagan and you have anything other then a vanilla install keep you expectations low and don’t fall for the advertising. That way you won’t be disappointed like I was.

Came home Monday night an the garage door was stuck. I tried to fix it myself thinking it was just stuck, but I guess after 15 years it was time to replace it.
Had a terrific experience. I had called a couple of other companies and was quoted a price but I did not get good vibes from them. Called fagan on wednesday and spoke to Jillian who was extremely helpful, they had a opening for friday so I took it. Jillian called back a few hours later and stated they had a cancellation for thursday and asked if that was ok. I said sure.
Thursday we had a new garage door opener, and they even matched the competitors price. Very Satisfied.
A++++++. Thank You Jillian for the Great Customer Service!

I have used Fagan Door for many years now. Their prices are pretty good but the customer service and ongoing relationship has been outstanding. At anypoint in the future you have an issue, they are right there to take care of it. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

Couldn’t be happier with them. They were able to come out quickly and assess the damage on my garage door and get it up so I could get my car out (which was trapped in there). They replaced the door a week later at a really good price and did excellent work. Definitely recommended.

I have heard that you should have your garage door serviced every year or two, but I never get around to making an appointment. Last night, when I closed the door, there was a loud noise. A cable had snapped. My car was stuck in my garage until it got fixed. OK, the door still works, but you get my point.
I stayed in for the night and called Fagan this morning around 8:30 They fixed it once before — 7 years ago. Besides, we use them at work. At first they said they could not get out until Friday but then said they could have someone at my place before noon. They actually arrived within 30 minutes.
They work was done quickly and I am gpod to go!

I would never use this company. They are very rude. We had work done by them and when asked to fix the problem they did nothing. We urge all our neighbors and friends not to use them. Luckily we found a very good garage door company here in RI that helped us and fixed there mistakes.
They are very nice when getting the job from you but then customer service goes out the window.
