Mark Blasbalg OD

I went here for over 25 years, since I was about 5 years old. The problem is that Dr. Blasbalg has lost his patience (and now this patient) for the business, he’s on edge, and the last straw was how long I waited the past few years in the waiting room. 2 hours is too long, and sometimes he goes on and on with other patients who have lots of time on their hands… about Coventry, RI… the weather. I took time out of work to come here, and had wait for a couple hours in the waiting room, I just can’t deal with it anymore.
There are some long term staff members here that are great, and have never changed and will never change. The new people seem pleasant as well. They are the reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
