What a change from before! The new owners of this store are very customer service oriented. I had issues with my htc phone, brought it in and they repaired it right there within 15 minutes. I was very impressed with their tech knowledge and they were friendly and helpful. They know the product they sell, answer questions and there is no comparison to other places that employ «clerks» with no experience or people skills. I will definitely refer my friends and family here.
