I bought a pump and motor from Daniel and so far very happy with the product. Daniel is very professional and answers all questions. He is the perfect pool guy to call for repairs or service. I called Dan because my pool pump wasn’t pulling water from the skimmer or creepy crawler. He recommended cleaning the filter prior to a service call out. I cleaned the filter and found the Jandy Valve prior to the pump clogged with pine needles. Dan seems to always help prior to a costly call out if he can! He’s my go to guy!

I strongly recommend Alpha Pool & Spa Repair for your pool needs. Daniel provided the lowest bid to replace our antiquated pool pump, timer and filter with new energy efficient models. He was truly professional; kind, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process– from the bid estimate to installation. They did a superb, neat and tidy job.
Daniel was very knowledgable in his field and remained eager to answer any questions/​concerns I had. Upon completion of his work, he thoroughly explained how to properly operate and maintain the new equipment.

The scoop of the job is to replace a main drain cover: Daniel arrive at my home prepared to do the job. He brought his equipment the pool site. With two different size main drain cover. He drive in the pool to remove the cover. He match the old cover with the correct size cover. When the job was done I ask my some questions about pool maintains. He gave some good advice. Daniel great job. Will call him back if I need pool service or repair.

Believe it or not one of those 1 ½″ zinc balls intended to remain in the skimmer basket and help with algae, ended up in my 2″ skimmer line and blocked all water flow to the filter. Several attempts to find someone to help proved negative real quick. I began imagining jack hammers tearing up the concrete deck! What a nightmare. Then I found Alpha Pool and Spa Repair! I called Daniel, and he did several things that impressed me. 1). He answered the phone! 2). He quoted a fair price to do the job. 3). He was willing to respond the following day, and he did. 4). He removed the blockage in no time, no jack hammers, problem solved!
Thanks again Daniel! I’m glad you’re close by and able to solve those pesky pool problems. I WILL be calling you again,…but hopefully not to soon!

I could not be any happier with Alpha Pool and Spa! Our pool had not been updated since it was built in the 60’s. It had corroded plaster, tile, no lights, and an old filtration system. We did a full overhaul. Removed the plaster, tile and brick. We opted for the pebble tec surface, got new lighting and salt water filtration. We are so happy with our pool and Alpha did amazing and fast work!

Daniel, did a great job of clearing a small critter that got sucked up in the skimmer and got stuck between the skimmer and the filter. He showed up at our agreed upon time, was super friendly and resolved the problem in less than an hour. He also checked out a few other areas of concern he saw with the filter setup and gave recommendations. Highly recommend him!!!

Had a great experience with Daniel and Alpha Pool and Spa Repair. First, Daniel is a great guy. Second, his services were excellent for my portable spa – and included 220v electrical installation for the spa, and repairs (I bought the spa used from another party).
Most importantly, you know Daniel is fair and is not overcharging you for his services.
He is responsive and timely in his service.

We had just moved into our home and the old spa did not work. I was referred to Daniel from our past pool guy. Daniel showed up on time, discussed the issue, provided solutions that actually would cause him to lose the business, such as checking our home warrantee. At the end, I still needed him to do the work. He was in time, up front with all the costs, he talked me through the entire process. He was great!

First, I would like to thank the previous reviewers. I chose Alpha Pool & Spa due to your reviews. Daniel arrived within the timeframe he had given me. He was going to assess the problem but ended up having a motor with him and was able to replaced it. He is fast, efficient and a nice guy to top it off. I will recommend him to friends and to you, my fellow Unilocalers. There is a (fair) service charge that is applied to the bill if he does the work. Thank you, Daniel.

I originally called Daniel in November 2014. We had a power surge that took out the motor on our Jacuzzi. Daniel arrived on time and was very nice. Our Jacuzzi was an older model and it took Daniel some time to find a replacement. But within a week, he had it back up and running. His prices were very reasonable for the time he spent. Unfortunately in early February, the pump went out AGAIN. I called Daniel and was very upset, thinking I was going to have to pay for ANOTHER motor. But Daniel took it back to the manufacture and got it replaced under warranty. and this time he didn’t even charge me for his time. He has my respect as an honest businessman, and these days, that’s not easy to find!

New home owner. This company serviced my pool before i purchased. I started having problems with the heater so i called Alpha Pools, the sticker was on my pools filter switch. Spoke with Daniel and told him the problem. Instead of taking my money he said i probably have a HomeOwner Warranty, i did, and they could help. How honest is that. Thanks for the info. Would definatly recommend this company to Family and Friends.

Great Business! I was given a spa and after my family set it up it would not work. After reading the good Unilocal reviews I thought I would give Alpha Pool a try. I’m so glad I did, Daniel spent alot of time trying to figure out why and would not give up (even in 100 degree heat) His repair price was was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.
