My laptop fan was broken. I open the back and found out that the connector broke off from the motherboard. I asked him if he could fix it. He said it’ll be hard to fix and if I wanted to try. I can’t completely blame him because as a consumer I believe we have to look out for ourselves. I also work in service industry, and I also believe that an ethical service provider give good service and look out for clients. I should have just walked out, but I decided to let him try soldering it back onto the board even though he told me that it is difficult, and he didn’t look confident in the ability of fixing it. So that was my decision. However, I am a client and he is supposedly an expert. A client relies on an expert in their professional opinion. I’ve turned away or pointed clients to the right direction when I felt like I couldn’t helped them effectively, and I certainly have never asked for payment when I wasn’t able to help my clients successfully. After he tried unsuccessfully to solder it with me as his assistance, he asked if $ 20 was a fair price. At the time, I was caught off guard, and didn’t want to fight so I handed him $ 20 and left. I took my computer to another computer repair shop with a real microsoldering technician who told me that they can try to fix it. If it is not fixed, I don’t have to pay. They diagnosed the computer without charging me, and told me that the previous attempt to solder it had damaged the motherboard. Had it not been damaged, it would just cost me around $ 35. So now I have to pay $ 150 to fix it. Again, I’m not blaming him completely because I decided to let him work on it. However, I also expect and rely on an «expert» opinion to point me to the right direction. If he doesn’t know, I would be satisfied with. I don’t know how to help you, and I don’t know who to refer you, instead of accept the work without the expertise In fixing the issue. And ask for payment without successful resolution of the issue.

Very fast and exceptional service! Brought my computer from my work that was having problems connecting to Internet with the Ethernet cable. When I brought in for repair, not only did Bladen fixed the problem but found virus’ that my Norton that I pay $ 60.00 yearly for could not prevent it! He’s very nice and seems to find time for whatever your computer needs and will also go out to your office if you even need any computer I.T. Help. Definitely recommend.

Took my laptop, that wasn’t picking up wi-​fi, to Bladen at 10am. He called me 90 minutes later and told me it was the wi-​fi card and found a replacement in the City of Industry. He was ready to go get the part. Can’t say enough about the speed and customer service from Bladen. I had a little trouble about the voucher deal that Unilocal offered. I’ll check with the merchant, in the future, before using them. Overall Great Service! Will see Bladen with any future repairs.

Simply the best… I had an issue with my PC not turning on… Bladen is a stand up guy. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism… Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that his prices are very reasonable… Would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Don’t let his youthful appearance fool you, Bladen is professional, polite, and competent. I wish I had found him eight months ago when my laptop broke. I had taken it to a shop near my work. They had it for two weeks and charged me $ 50 more than my original estimate.

Quick service! Very knowledgable and helpful! Highly recommend especially for Mac! My MacBook has not been performing up to par but Bladen was able to double check everything to ensure I don’t over spend. Just needed to replace the battery for now. Awesome work!
