I came with my 5 year old during a school fundraiser they had here. I can’t comment on the food since we didn’t order any but will on the games. We experienced a LOT of games here that were out of order. You don’t know they don’t work until you put a token in. I really wish they would put some kind of sign on the machine so you aren’t wasting a lot of tokens for games that don’t work. Other than that we had fun I wouldn’t come back to this location but would other locations we’ve had better experiences with

first of all– all the reviews below think that managing hundreds of kids and toddlers in a day is that easy just to magically clean up– i have five kids and they know how to tornado the house in a matter of minutes. So based off the recommendations below– get real people. Yeah staffing is below standard but its your kid making the mess they have to constantly clean. So yeah– running a mad house isn’t easy. I had a friend once work there so i feel there pain. my daughter likes to come here occasionaly and yes it does get crowded. But once again people its designed for Kids to play and run around. Not an adult day spa where you don’t worry about your kids. Watch your kids– clean up after yourselves– theres a designated place called a trash can, you may have heard of it. if your kid times 300 other kids who just sweated up a storm that will naturally smell. try ensuring that they are clean before they arrive. but the pizza i over priced and the tickets counter does sorda suck. again– its for the kids not for me

TAKEYOURMONEYELSEWHERE!!! There is stink as you walk in the door that should have warned us. There is nothing spectacular about their customer service. In fact it was rather sad. My two years was excited to get ticket and feed the tickets to the machine. Then we told her she had enough tickets for a ball. When we walked up to the prize counter there was one employee at the order counter for food helping a customer and another employee beside her. When the employee finished taking the food order another customer walked up and order we still had not even been acknowledged. My husband walked over to now 3 employees and said can someone help us at the prize counter two employees pointed to the girl on the register and said she can and she gave us a look as though we were bothering her. My husband said«oh forget it» as we walked away she said I can help you now. Needless to say we WONT be back

Christopher(Topher) Escobedo has to be the most amazing employee at this place. My family and I have come to this Chuck E. Cheeses for years and never have we seen magic like the kind that Topher performs. His rendition of Chuck E. is quite impeccable and the pizza has never tasted better. He’s the greatest host we’ve ever had and never fails to do his job right. HIGHLY suggest if you’re throwing a party here, to request him as your host. Ps. Be sure to tip him well because he’s worth it.

Went to a birthday party yesterday. I walked in and it seems overcrowded at 4 o’clock. The floor was disgusting with trash, food, gloves. The tables were disgusting and dirty and no one was there sitting. It seemed we had one host running two parties. Had to cut a cake with a plastic fork. After being there half an hour and the kids played games went back after Chuck e & S sang, half the games were broken. The kids are crazy there and the parents do not watch them. When I asked an employee if he would clean a smashed and melting ice cream off of the jungle gym to get up to the slide he told me when I want to I will. Never again will I come to this place yes and it does smell like poop and throw up in the back room by the bathrooms things were falling off the wall there was a hole in the back corner ceiling a light fixture with hanging out.

After living in West Covina and coming here for 10 years with my son I can see why the rating is so poor. This place is filthy. I came on a Monday afternoon and there wasn’t an employee at the podium, we had to wait for our order to be placed because no one was at register. Goodluck finding a game attendant. Despite the low number of people in this place I couldn’t find an available clean table. I almost wanted to jump in and clean tables off its not that difficult. Will be my last time here because if tables and floors can’t be cleaned I worry about the games our children are playing. Management really needs to surprise and walk through this place.

Woof! This location smells like a dog groomer and it just opened. First time here and this is the nearest location for me. I usually visit other locations but not as bad. Although, the employees are pleasant. I was greeted from the entrance and at the pay station. The food is typical like other locations and the game stations are wiped down. If they just added a few scent sprays it’ll be all good!

Shout out to the Game Attendee that really was up and down helping the families with ticket and token issues in the game area! It helped a lot rather than having to go to employees every five minutes! The kids had a ton of fun, I recommend signing up for their email alerts for free/cheap token deals !

I was very weary about coming here after reading the reviews and suggested a different venue for my niece’s bday party. But it actually wasn’t as bad as I thought. Once you get past the smell — its old carpet and kids spill soda and crap all the time — its actually a fun plan. The staff was for the most part really friendly and nice. Some of the machines were broken or not working properly — no tickets coming out and they were mostly responsive. Overall it was a decent Chuck E Cheese with fun games for the kids.

HORRIBLE this is the most disorganized chuck e cheese I have ever been too. Their employees have no idea what they are doing the managers keep avoiding you when you want to talk to them & if you plan on having a party here DON’T! They try and rob you from what you initially paid for. It took us 20 min. to buy a drink and we were in front of the register they wanted to have chucky do his show in front of the register then they throw all these tickets & instead of throwing it in the air they threw it in front of my face & my cousin & not once did they apologize. This is the last time we throw a party here & I strongly suggest you all think 2ice before booking it here! The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because Unilocal won’t let me move on if I don’t.

Terrible customer service, I bought a combo deal using a coupon that included 10 free tokens, medium pizza, and two drinks for $ 20 plus tax. Instead I got two kid cups and a pepperoni pizza that took nearly an hour to come to our table. When I asked one of the cashiers if I was suppose to receive the two small kids cup instead of the regular sized cup she said no. But when I asked her if I could trade for the regular sized cup she said no. Then she goes on saying there is unlimited refills anyway. Yes there is unlimited refills but it doesn’t matter if I have to constantly keep getting up to refill it and unable sit down and enjoy the food I played $ 20 plus for! It costs Chuckie e Cheese 10 cents a cup for soda but for me $ 20 plus tax and this is the type of service I receive. This is absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money and look elsewhere to celebrate special occasions.

I came here a few weeks ago with my niece and nephew. we had a lot of fun I felt like a kid again The pizza was good the play area was a bit small. but they do have an arcade section which was pretty cool. I thought the pizza was really good and I think it was a clean place when I went. However there’s not a lot of parking. However if you want to be a kid again go to any Chuck E Cheese and who cares about what grown ups think. Shoot I wasn’t going to sit on my ass like some fat ass parents letting their kids run around that was my chance to get a work out and have fun with people I love

Ghetto avoid this location. I made the mistake of booking a birthday party here on a Saturday night what a mistake. This was cholo central, all the homies here for date night with the hickey covered girlfriends and their dirty babies. Should have known better than to come by right after the first of the month. This place was scary, I feared that a shooting could happen at anytime. There was a constant scent of skunk in this place. Don’t come here after dark. These cholos were rude and cruel to their children and any other child pushing shoving and quick to make off with your kids tokens, and steal your food and beer off your table. We booked the party package, our hostess was no where to be found, we had to take care of ourselves. When it came time to settle the bill I paid it in cash and made sure I got a receipt. I have always been a generous tipper starting around 30%, but not this time. I still tipped 15%. I had stepped away when our hostess came over and approached my wife. The party hostess asked are you the wife? She responded yes, the hostess told the wife there was a balance due on the party and that I had told the hostess to collect the balance of the check of $ 120 and the gratuity from the wife. The wife was wise to something fishy. I was called over and I confronted the hostess. I informed her that I had the receipt and the bill had been paid. The hostess try to add extra charges, claiming various items were not paid for that were not in the party package. I had ordered various items not included in the party package but paid cash for each item and kept the receipts, and if she had been around she would be aware of this. The hostess insisted there was a policy to tip 25% on the total bill, I asked her to show me that in their party agreement, of course she could not. The party hostess had the audacity to approach other members of the party trying to charge them for items I paid for. I had to follow this thing around. As I was leaving I was approached by the manager and the hostess, and they insisted I provide them with a credit card to settle the bill, I refused and informed the manager I had receipts for all items. I was told that the gratuity was not sufficient. I snapped back that I was more than generous with the 15%, I had provided. This was totally unacceptable, a Mexico style shakedown. I will never come here again, and will drive somewhere else. This place was ghetto, from the clientele to the workers. Food was decent for Chuck E. Cheese.

There’s a FUNK when you walk into this place. I got used to it after 20 minutes of being there. Since I have no children this was the only time I’ve ever been to a Chuck e Cheese and I was mesmerized by how easily amused children are. Its a nice spot to hang out for lunch in a hot day with the kids.(AC’s blasting in there) But can someone do something about that smell!??
