Forest Lawn Covina Hills — their staff in scheduling «appointments» leaves much to be desired. Their excuse is they are «busy» and only have a few counselors available to help grieving families. This MULTI-​BILLION DOLLAR corporation won’t even schedule an appointment until 5 days after a family member’s death, and even then you have to wait for the service. One would think that Forest Lawn would make it a priority to have more than sufficient counselors employed to aid in this horrible time for families.

Beautiful place… always more expansions every time I visit. Today, it was not as busy as expected for All Soul’s Day. Tomorrow for all Saint’s Day it will be very crowded. Nice that they have tables, chairs, and water stations everywhere for people.
