Business Owner

Mr. Roberto Graciano has over 2 decades of combined experience in the Building Industry and can help with your design needs including but not limited to: New House Design, Room Additions, Tennant Improvements, Permit Processing, Site layout, Site Grading and Drainage, and Structural Design.

Roberto Graciano graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1998, with a degree in Engineering. After graduation he worked for Psomas, in Costa Mesa, where he learned the principles of Engineering, design and drafting. Also, while at Psomas, he became familiar with numerous design methods concerning Land Development and Water Resources. He also became well versed in City and Municipal permit processing.

During the early years of the housing boom, Mr Graciano left his employment at Psomas and ventured out on his own to do residential design for friends and relatives, which eventually spread to the general public which now includes, Contractors, Businessmen, Land Developers, Home Owners and more.
