Established in 1997.

Taylor M. was Director of Concierge Services for Mandarin Hotels in London, Inc., for several years. During that employment time, her primary responsibilities included departmental sales, budget development, and coordination of client/​vendor databases, marketing and ad designs.

Before her employment with Mandarin, Inc., she was Chief Concierge for the Dorchester Hotel for over 15 years. She was responsible for establishing and developing the concierge desk for the hotel lobby. During that time she had received numerous recognitions.

Taylor is a member of the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or organization and the National Concierge Association.

Taylor M, the Helpful Concierge Manager acts as a liaison between meeting professionals/​Convention/​Catering Managers and all operating departments to ensure high standards of the organization and optimal guest service throughout all convention and banquet meeting areas. She has a visible and accessible floor presence in order to understand and act upon all client needs.
