The store manager there never took care of a matter that needed attention and follow up. I was very disappointed with her customer service skills. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Awesome service and very trustworthy, all the staff work to complete your order and if their is an issue they don’t make you feel like its your fault for bringing it to their attention I highly recommend using them if you need to be squared away for an academy.

Called a few weeks in advance to see if they can sew my new rank and put on my awards, unit awards, marksmanship, etc. on my Army uniform as well… They assured me they can take care of it. When I go in, they tell me my rank will take a week to sew on and they don’t do army awards. Even though I got confirmation they did weeks ago. When I go in today, a day AFTER they told me my uniform was going to be squared away, it wasn’t ready. Once they saw I was unhappy about this, they decided to put me priority… Which I respected. Once I got my uniform, I noticed that one of my ranks were crooked. I’m not paying for half-​fast work. Mel, one of the managers there, is very rude, unprofessional, and obnoxiously raises her voice at the customers. For the most part, the employees were very friendly (except Mel) but HORRIBLE customer service. This is what I get for serving my country?

I don’t understand why I continue to deal with them. They can never get an order correct the first time. If I don’t call to inquire about an order they won’t bother to call back or even find out what the issue is. Lack of customer service on there behalf. Lesson learned, will not bother to waist my money on there over priced items which are available at a cheaper price online or through the vender.

Great place for all your uniform needs. Fast, friendly and reliable service. I highly recommend them.

This review is specifically for Pascual’s leather shining service. He is very professional and everything I took in to be shined looks beautiful. I needed my gear very last minute and he gladly squeezed me in to be finished the same day right before closing. Highly recommended for your leather belts, duty gear, and boots.

Great service and friendly staff members. I have looked for many locations with my bf that offered professional spit shine and leather care in the OC and they were far and few, so glad to have been referred to this site. Was helped by Pascual and he is amazing. All of the leather items came back perfectly shined and polished and to law enforcement/​military standards. Was able to have all items shined and polished on the same day! Highly recommend this site!

Keystone’s first store was in Covina and I used to frequent the location regularly because my employer did business down the street. The customer service was great. Now that Keystone is in Orange County, I visit the store all the time. This is partly because Gall’s in Orange does such a horrible job at the very basic components of running a uniform supply business. Check out my review on Gall’s and you’ll understand.
Keystone’s customer service has been great and the employees are very competent. Manager Robert is super-​friendly and he makes sure issues are addressed in a timely fashion. I recently ordered a new brand of uniforms shirt that my employer recently authorized. After waiting months for Gall’s to special order and receive my shirts, I decided to cancel my order and order through Keystone. Every time I called Gall’s and asked about an ETA, I was never able to get anyone to commit to a timeframe. I honestly don’t believe my «special order» was ever placed even though my employer executed an agreement with Gall’s to carry that particular brand of uniform shirt and pants.
Although Keystone did not have my size in stock, it was ordered immediately and I received it within two weeks. The shirts were altered correctly as well. As for the matching pants that I happened to have picked up from Gall’s when I placed the initial order for shirts, well, they were very baggy when I received them from Gall’s after they hemmed the bottoms. I thought about going back to Gall’s to do the additional alterations. Knowing Gall’s reputation for poor work, I decided to spend my department’s money at Keystone. What a good decision that was because Keystone got it right. The seamstress looked at the Gall’s label the was stuck on my new pants and laughed, explaining that this was not the first time she has received work that Gall’s should have been able to complete.
Thank you, Keystone! Keep doing what you are doing and you’ll be THE preferred police uniform store in Orange County. Galls, keep catering to your online business and close up your brick-​and-​mortar store in Orange.

Love going to Keystone for all my uniform/​duty needs and finally there is a store in the OC. So convenient for us that live in OC & work out of county. Great customer service and very helpful!

Keystone Uniform is my go to store for all my uniform needs. Love the ownership and the customer service we receive every time we come in to the store. They also have a convenient shoe shiner on location!
