I have a house built in the 70’s. Plumbing parts are hard to come by. I had a serious leak in one of our bathtubs and I was dreading the repair. The guy at the store wasn’t the friendliest type but he was able to look at the part I had and immediately identify it, and was able to suggest another part that I would need also. I was able to make the repair in less than ½ hour.
The big box stores may be less expensive, but when it comes down to specialty parts and personal service, Ace Hardware can’t be beat! I will be back!
