My family and I were long time customers of the shop that was here before this one, but we found out it was sold to the current owner. We decided to try it anyway because we trusted the previous owner sold it to a reliable person.
It ended up being a good decision, as we were very happy with the work. They were very punctual, and the car was ready for us on the date and time promised. The price was very reasonable, and the work was well done. They even gave us a one year guarantee of their work, IN WRITING, which was something we had never received at any other body shop. Someone from the shop was also kind enough to give me a ride to the car rental place and ensure that the rental company gave me the same special rate the body shop receives.
I would definitely recommend this body shop.

I came across One Stop Body Shop & Collision Inc after I had a slight fender bender. Both vehicles had very minor damage but my Impala definitely took most of the hit as my headlight had cracked. Luckily the other driver was cooperative and we agreed to get some estimates before we took the more stressful route of involving the insurance companies, especially for such little damage. I took my vehicle to a couple of shops in Covina, they all asked me to leave my vehicle there and they would call me with an estimate, which I did not have time for, one shop straight out refused to even look at my car unless I gave them a «claim number». I was ready to just go through my insurance. When I called the person I hit to tell them I was ready to file the claim, he told me he had a problem with a few shops but had gone to One Stop Body Shop and they gave him an estimate in about 10 minutes. I asked him for the address and being a Saturday I arrived just as they were closing up shop. They gladly opened their gate and gave me an estimate on the spot. The price and time frame was very reasonable. I also mentioned the other person I had hit and that I offered to pay a rental car for them while their vehicle was repaired. The gentleman who helped us, Richard, helped me get a good rate on a rental car and was very helpful, he made sure the other person’s vehicle was given priority since I did not want to pay for a car rental longer than I needed to. In the end the other vehicle was taken in on a Monday and finished Tuesday Afternoon, my vehicle also went in Monday and I was told Friday but it was done Thursday.
I had a great experience. Richard, Jari and Elder were all extremely helpful.
I’ve already referred a family member and highly recommend everyone to go there.
