History

Established in 1984.

In 1958 Ray Arce Sr. started Arce Tickey Plastering and specialized in custom and tract homes. Ray Arce grew up in the business and decided to start his own company in 1984. Performance Plastering continued the legacy that his father built in tract homes and found a niche in commercial and custom homes. Ray Jr. found that there was a need for a specialized plastering based on quality and built an all-​star team of plasterers. He continues to take on challenges of high end projects that require the best. Most of his staff have been with him for over 20 years and have followed Ray’s vision.
