Yes 5 stars. It’s a place to send folks to be fingerprinted so woohoo! is an overstatement, but they know their stuff. That’s all I need them to do.
We had a snafu with a DOJ submission. Pablo was helpful in getting the situation handled. Our staff has gone to other places and it seems to be hit or miss if we get someone that understands what we require.
U.S. Live Scan is always staffed with efficient professionals, they are easy to find on Rowland Ave. so I don’t have to send employees with maps and it always gets done fast.

I came to this place at the recommendation from a friend and it will be my go to place for future LiveScans and notary signings.
Pablo helped me with the LiveScan fingerprinting and he was quick, efficient, and friendly. I paid a total of $ 69 for it, which is reasonable in comparison to other places. The $ 69 includes the $ 32 fee for Dept. of Justice, $ 17 for the FBI, and a $ 20 processing fee.
I also utilized the notary services of Veronica, who was very friendly and efficient as well. She is there most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but it is best to call ahead of time to make sure she is there. A notary costs $ 10.
They take credit card for payment.

I thought I wrote a review for this office but I guess it never posted!
Anyways, honestly this place is the best and the service is outstanding! The man who helped me was Pablo, he was so knowledgeable and handled all my paperwork and processed everything quickly and without any mistakes! I was in and out in a flash! From the moment I walked in Pablo was so friendly and kind! After talking to him a bit I could tell he was an overall great guy!

Guy didn’t pay attention and did not sign my papers then i wasted 2hours at the DMV for them to tell me oh I’m sorry you can not get your sales license until they fill out this form and i had asked the guy am i done he said yeah. And then i show up today and they are suppose to open at 9:00am they show up at 10:00 like wth i had to wait for him because of his mistake and carelessness because he was on the phone on friday! Wow! The good side to it was that there quick and get you in and out they just need to fix there other issues
