History

Established in 2006.

We have been doing membership release parties for wineries in central and northern California for three years. We have branched out into Corporate Lunches and Dinners, Weddings, Event Planning from A-Z, Food Cooking Demos, Smalled Dinner parties, Food and Wine Educations, Wine Tastings and our true specialty is Food and Wine Pairings.

I can’t live without Dylan and his team at VinX! I have now used Chef Dylan and his staff for everything from a small dinner party, to cocktail parties, to a charity event, to a 3-course dinner for 25, and recently for a 70-person luncheon. As the other reviewers note, Dylan is such a people person and this sets him apart in so many ways. And so does his cooking and his knowledge and love of wine. I don’t know if people realize/know this, but Dylan isn’t just a bonafide chef — he is also a Sommelier! His ability to pair wine is really something, and he takes great pride in designing and delivering special menus for any occasion — casual, formal, and everything in between. Another thing I have really appreciated about Dylan is that he will not mark up alcohol. He has purchased wine for most of my events and he always just charges them to me at cost, which is really remarkable. He is a total gem. And his staff — especially Kimberly and Diane — are really outstanding, and just as special as he is! Highly, highly recommend.

We just did a charity event for 70 people. Dylan is absolutely amazing! Not only did he completely donate his services for the evening, but he went to «bat» for our non-profit to get great prices on locally sourced food for our farm to table dinner.
He brought his own staff, set everything up and cleaned it up completely — no stress on the hosts at all!

Ladies and gentlemen its a great privilege to rate VinX as a perfect 5. My wife and I hire this catering service for very special anniversary celebration for over 100 people. We had assistance with our house set up before, during, and after our important event. The food was BBQ’d on a 6 foot grill and paired with wine and champagne. All 5 courses were marinated and cooked to perfection, there were no left overs.
