VMS Auto Body Collision Center

My vehicle was rear ended while it was parked at work and needed to have repairs made to the back end. I had never been in an accident before so my sister recommended VMS to me. She had been in a remarkably situation recently where someone had backed up into her car and she said VMS has taken care of her.
Once I called and reported the claim, I immediately called VMS and talked with Kevin. I let him know what had happened and that I wanted VMS to do the repairs. He broke down the entire insurance process for me over the phone and I immediately knew my sister was right; they would take care of me.
Everyone at VMS made the process as easy as possible. When I dropped off my car, I was in and out and made it to work on time. I went in, signed paperwork, and they even had a rental car on site. I would get text messages about the status of my car as it was being worked on. When I picked up, I signed some paperwork and I was done in ten minutes. Koko worked with the insurance company to get me the best materials for my bumper and it looks great, even better than it did before the accident I think.
I didn’t ask for someone to hit my vehicle but when they did, VMS made it a lot less inconvenience for me.

Amazing people that do an amazing job. Haven’t been to a auto body shop this professional ever. They fixed my Nissan armada, and a couple of my business vehicle’s they certainly exceeded my expectations!

VMS has exceeded my expectations !! My car was badly damaged on the entire right side. The passenger window, both doors, bumper, tires, rims. Everything ! I am extremely happy that I decided to take my car to VMS. They have truly done an amazing job. From day one they made me feel very comfortable and they made everything very easy. Their customer service is truly amazing. They reassured me that everything would be taken care of. Having gone through the stress of the accident and being put on hold for long periods of time from the insurance companies VMS staff really made everything simple. I am truly grateful for that. Koko and Kevin were always available for any question I had. The repair status update text messages were great in keeping me up to date with the repairs being done on my car. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service VMS has given me. My car looks brand new ! Thank you to all the VMS staff for everything!

Never do much rating but VMS is one worth taking the time to rate and give them 5 stars! Recently had moved into the area and had an old vehicle incident to get my vehicle repair through the insurance. Wasnt comfortable to do it with othet auto shops because the amount added to repair I just didnt find it fair and right. VMS did an excellent job. They listen to what was uncomfortable with and how it was affecting my vehicle. They did a excellent job helping me with the insurance and made excellent repairs. Thank you! The car looks great!

From the time I brought my vehicle in to the time I picked it up, I felt that the VMS staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and thorough. I was especially impressed when they offered to repair my damaged window trim free of any labor charges. VMS informed me that since they’d have to temporarily take out my current trim to fix another part, they wondered if I would like for them to do this service as long as I purchased the part for them to replace. I thought this was a very kind gesture that shows their concern for the well-​being of your automobile beyond their required tune-​ups and replacements for a damaged vehicle. I am grateful for the wonderful service from the staff in addition to the amazing job they did to fix my car. I want to give a shout out to Coco and Kevin who were extremely kind and amiable amidst the whole auto-​repair experience. Thank you very much again, VMS!

I bounced off a semi and my truck look destroyed. I knew it would be ok because I used VMS auto on other occasions. The truck not only looks brand new, but they kept me updated at every phase of the repair. They used factory new parts as well instead of the ones my insurance company wanted to get from the wrecking yard. My hats off to the artist at VMS. I highly recommend them to anyone that demand perfection.

Being involved in a car accident is never a fun or easy thing. Its generally super stressful… I am glad I was referred to VMS by my cousin who had an amazing experience there. From the moment I called to check if my insurance was accepted the customer service rep (a female) was patient, considerate and very helpful. I appreciated her honesty and followup. I knew I was in good hands. I made an appt to drop off my car on my lunch break and I was in and out w my rental within 15 – 20 minutes. Kevin was helpful and informative and I never felt pressured or like I was in the dark about the process. I was in good hands with both him and Koko… I appreciated the text updates on all the stages of repair, my car was even finished earlier than promised, and in fact they were able to buff out some scratches not even caused by the accident. It was great to receive my car back functioning and looking brand new again. I will definitely recommend this shop and if ever needed be a repeat customer.

Just had my car repaired at VMS auto body and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. The body of work that they did was absolutely perfect and the professionalism and service they provided was amazing. Great work, great experience, and great people. There’s nearly nothing good about needing a body shop. Usually, there’s been the stress and upset of a collision and insurance companies and all of that. But with VMS, their customer service is so amazing that needing a body shop becomes something to look forward to. Almost.
They recently repaired some rear-​end damage on my car. They had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. They kept me informed every step along the way with phone calls and text messages. They did beautiful work. And they had my car ready BEFORE the day they’d originally told me. They even took my car to get smogged because the deadline for my registration was looming, and we weren’t sure the repairs would be done before I needed to send the smog check results to the DMV.
All in all, they were amazing. I’ve never had an accident repair go so smoothly from start to finish.
In fact, I had a friend with me when I went for the original estimate. She was so impressed that when her husband had an auto accident a few days later, her first thought was that she could take it to VMS, too!
I don’t want to need a body shop any time soon. But if I do, this is my place, and I’ll be pleased it is.

Incredible service! I didn’t know how the process typically would work and Kevin was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process. On top of that, the work was flawless. Impeccable attention to detail and fantastic customer service. Even though I’ve moved further from Pasadena, I’m taking my car to Kevin anytime I need to (hopefully I won’t have to).

I don’t remember the last time I was this excited to be driving my car; it may seem unreal and never did I think I would be one of those guys that falls in love with his car but, I’m in love.
I took my car in with some damages and was confused regarding how to go about the claim process. Kevin at VMS walked me through every step, even getting me the rental car to my house to help assist with my busy schedule.
While my car was at the body shop I received constant updates about the work being done on my car and notices advising as to expected completion dates.
It’s not my first time using VMS for body work but I’d be lying if I didn’t say I seem to be more and more impressed every time.

VMS auto body shop did a pretty good job on my car repair after an accident. They worked with my insurance company to keep the costs manageable to keep my car from being totaled. The customer service was outstanding and the best thing about this place allowing me to feel comfortable with leaving my car there. The quality of the repair process was average as there were a few issues that were not fixed to pre accident condition such as, paint doesn’t match the rest of car, wipers dont work and the traction control light is always on. I wanted to have the paint done at another shop but was told that if you do the body work here then you must also do the paint here which seems strange to me, they said it was a liability but don’t see how not painting a car could be a dangerous thing. These problems were not made aware to me after I picked up the car and tested things out once I got back home. Overall the car was fixed to were it was drivable so thats great but not restored fully to pre accident condition.

Still having issues with the car as the work they did is falling apart, my car rattles terrible now leading me to have to get it fixed out of pocket at a different location. I got screwed over here, I can only assume since the other reviews are good on here that they take care of people that live local because they know they can come back to get it the car fixed but people that live out of state they do a mediocre job as they know they can’t come back to see that the job is correct. Not an honest company.

I just want to say I am amazed at the work they did KOKO went out his way for me on parts. They text me everyday letting me know my status he called me when there was updates. And just amazing service. They really take their time with your car and do things right because ive been to shops where they just want to paint over it. There welcoming and hands down the best family company I will always recomend. My car was done quick and im satisfied with all service of emoyees and work done thank you vms 10stars

I’ve had my car back now for about a month, so this review is long overdue.
When I dropped my car off at VMS I was a bundle of nerves because this was my first accident. I wanted my car to look exactly like it did before the accident.
They were in contact with my insurance company before I even dropped my car off to them. I did not have to do any leg work when it came to preparing for drop off. They also had a rental car waiting for me the morning I dropped off my car. Koko (so sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) assured me my car would be perfect, and it most certainly was.
Kevin’s customer service is great. I felt instantly at ease while filling out paperwork as he offered me water and explained everything to me. They were in constant communication, whether it be via text or phone. I was never guessing about what was happening with my car.
They completed the work ahead of schedule and pickup was a breeze. Koko went over the work they completed. They even fixed my license plate, which was bent up by the accident and they did a great job with that as well! I highly reccommend this collision center. You will not be disappointed, so give them a try!

Had a pretty bad scrape on my front bumper and decided to go in to VMS. To call Kevin «professional» would be an understatement.
He was SUPER courteous and helpful the entire time and my bumper looks brand-​new. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would definitely recommend this place.

So many amazing things to say about VMS, I don’t even know where to start.
I got in an accident where my car was pretty damaged. My hood, grill, bumper, and head lights were all impacted, and I could tell that I had some internal damage as well. I needed a place where I could guarantee that my car would be in good hands. I found VMS on Unilocal and read so many great reviews. I felt like this would be the right place to take my car.
Man was I right! From the moment I walked in I was treated with impeccable customer service. I was still a little shook up from my accident, but that all eased away when I was greeted by a handsome man named Kevin. Boy was he good looking! :) Kevin introduced himself, offered me a beverage, and began calmly talking to me about my incident. He offered to call my insurance company for me and talk to them since I was still in shock. He started the process for me and then had me finish. This put me to great ease and I was very appreciative! After everything was settled, he began to explain the repair process to me and gave me all the information I needed to know. He assured me that my car was in great hands and that I made the right choice in having VMS take care of it. He took care of sending a tow truck to my house to pick up the car, and again assured me not to worry.
A day later I got a call from Koko. Koko was incredibly nice and professional. He gave me an estimate of the total damages of my car and went over the repair process with me again. He made sure that I understood everything thoroughly and made himself available if I had any questions or needed anything at all. It was a relief talking to him. He too put my mind to great ease. Thank you Koko!
As the week went on, I was kept informed and updated with the status of my car through a series of text messages. This was awesome! Again, great customer service!
When the day came for me to receive my car, I was in complete shock! I couldn’t believe the results! My car looked like nothing had ever happened to it and looked exactly the way it did when I first drove out of the dealer the day that I bought it. I was amazed at how experienced and professional VMS is and couldn’t be happier with the results! These guys really know what they are doing and I could tell, have had so many years of experience. My car was washed and detailed and looked better than ever! They even fixed my rims which were scratched from a while back.
My whole experience with VMS was amazing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove out, I was treated with hospitality, professionalism, and great kindness. To me, that’s what great customer service is all about, and I’m sure others can agree. I have DEFINITELY found my new body shop and will be recommending VMS to anyone I come across that needs auto body work.

Who could resist checking out an auto body shop with a phenomenal rating and even better reviews.
I had paint damage on the hood of my car to the point where the paint started eroding — it looked bad. The hood was in good condition, but it was definitely time for a new paint job.
Coming to this shop, I wasn’t too impressed with how the front of the shop looked. It didn’t really come off as an auto body shop, but more of an office. When I walked in — let me tell you — this place was clean, modern, and very professional. Auto body work was done in the back and the front was reserved as a cozy reception area.
Koko helped check out my car to give me an estimate of how much the repair would cost. I had originally checked out other auto body shops in the past so I knew the general ballpark of what I should be paying. These guys were in that ballpark. After chatting with the manager, Kevin, I decided to work with them because of their professional and calm demeanor and because they offered lifetime warranty and competitive pricing to match or beat the competition.
I took my car in the next few days and after a couple days in the shop… well just look for yourself at the before and after. After the paint oxidizes a bit, the color should blend in with the rest of the car. Great job guys!

VMS Auto Body is a team of all-​stars. I had the pleasure of working with Koko who walked me through the entire process. He was respectful, to the point, and kept my best interest in mind the entire time.

Clearly Kevin is well studied on customer service… from the first point of contact (he called me after learning from my agent I’d be taking my truck to him) to the day I picked up my perfectly finished vehicle, I experienced VMS to be
1) not only courteous but truly accommodating (they drove me ten miles to my house)
2) very good at communicating, including text messages every other day to inform me of repair status
3) absolutely spotless and comfortable facilities with a coffee machine that creates kick ass espresso
4) prompt… truck was done ahead of promised time
5) thorough and quality work
I work in quality management for a health plan and the gold standard for our doctors’ offices is to treat patients the way VMS treated me. I can’t recommend them enough!

They were very honest with the extent of the body work needed.
My job took a little longer than usual due to my insurance company delays.
