Do not buy anything from this store! The salesmen are nice and knowledgeable, but that’s where the positives stop. The Service/​repair department are absolutely atrocious. After 7 weeks, and 4 reschedules (on their part) my dryer is still not fixed. Most of the rescheduled happened last minute, as in, I stayed home all day waiting for them and they called AFTER they were supposed to be here to reschedule. They offer many platitudes but nothing in the way of solutions. I understand they only have one technician to device the entire northshore area… and that technician is only on the northshore two days per week. That seems like something buyers should know when buying a warranty! Anyway, the ONLY think preventing a one star review is the polite, courteous, and informative sales staff.
