Holden’s Wrecker Service

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about. These guys are amazing!!! They were dispatched to me from State Farm’s road side assistance company and they were given the wrong destination by State Farm. My car was towed from Hammond to Covington instead of Mandeville. The driver had already unloaded my car when my husband realized it was the wrong repair shop. The driver waited for my husband to call me, then for me to call his boss and State Farm. Then he re-​loaded my car and brought it to Mandeville. I was over my mileage limit for towing by State Farm so I had to pay the overage. Even though it was not their mistake, they only charged me for the tow to Covington saving me $ 34!!! We dealt with a couple people at the wrecker service, plus the driver and they were all very friendly and super helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!! They really went above and beyond what was expected to ensure our car was towed in a timely manner to where we needed it to go! Thank you!!!

FYI if you see a broken down vehicle on the side of the road, please slow down and move to the far lane. Over half of the cars last night stayed in the lane closest to my truck making for a very dangerous situation!!!

Rude, I mean one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I am in shock that he had the audacity to actually call me and yell at me! So very unprofessional in every way. There is not one good or half way decent thing I can say about this company. One star is even too good of a rating. They deserve zero stars. I had to block their number in my phone to stop the harassing calls. Be advised that under no circumstances should anyone make the mistake of giving this sad establishment any form of business.

My daughter and I visited Holden for a brake inspection the gentlemen there were soo nice… kept us laughing. .In and out in 20 minutes… Thanks guys for the great service

I went and got an inspection sticker here last week and got the rudest service ever. I should have known because I’ve been there before and it was the same. Its like a big chore for them to deal with the one paying costumer in the shop. I guess they don’t want any business. I’ve been there to get propane tanks filled, my broke down car towed and inspection and got the worst service and attitude ever. I will NEVER go there again!
