I redownloaded this app in order to write a review– I love this salon! Recently I got a beautiful french manicure (with gel polish) at a reasonable price ($ 35, including gel polish removal). A few hours after I left, my nail began to crack (normal wear and tear, probably a result of a mediocre manicure I got in another state). I went back the next day to have it fixed and they fixed it at no cost! I’m so happy with the quality of their service and the friendliness of the staff. A very clean, welcoming salon. Wish I could rate it 6 stars!

I do like this nail salon. It is the cleanest one around. However, the staff can be rude. I asked the lady to do my nails a certain way and her response was, «I don’t care. I do it how I want.» I was waiting for a laugh or something to tell she was kidding but she wasn’t. They don’t listen to their customers and my nails did not turn out how I wanted them.

This salon is one of the cleanest in Covington so I was excited to find it. The downside is-​they aren’t advertising the prices they charge accurately. They wanted to charge me $ 5 for having my previous gel polish removed even though I got another manicure. Unfortunately, that price isn’t listed on the menu and they didn’t inform me until after my manicure and pedicure. False advertising isn’t a great business practice. Should that change, I’d be a returning customer.
