Mella takes care of my carpet and window cleaning at home and my business. I own my own professional carpet cleaner, but I hire them to clean!
It’s quicker, easier, and their Rotovac System is unsurpassed for deep down steam cleaning.
Our windows look like mirrors when they are done.

This is the second time we have hired them out to clean our carpets. We love them. Both times they have amazed us at getting stains out that have been there for years which other carpet cleaners have never been able to remove. Very friendly and professional. Exceeded our expectations. In both instances we had them use their rotovac (which is a bit more but possibly what made the difference).

Everything went great! I used Mella because they were a local company. I like to support local businesses whenever possible. I was impressed that they could reach their cleaning hose from the street to the back bedroom of a second floor apartment in Covington. They were extremely quick with their response and did a great job cleaning the carpets.

Mella did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. My puppy had done a huge number on my carpets and had been peeing everywhere– I couldn’t sleep in my own bedroom anymore because of the smell! I had tried everything on the shelves I could buy and nothing worked at all. But Mella cleaned the carpet excellently and you can’t tell there was ever any pee stains at all. They made the carpet smell very fresh and the guy who cleaned them was really professional and nice and it only took about an hour. The price was very fair for the amount of cleaning they accomplished and I will definitely use them again.

When you call Mella you will be greeted with a professional on the phone to coordinate your appointment. They were scheduled after the ice storm, and they couldn’t get up drive due to ice, but Justin walked up and did a preview assessment for the reschedule the next day. Due to schedule restraints the owner came out to do the job. He was courteous, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. He is a dedicated small business owner entrenched into his community.

Mella sent a service technician to my house to clean our couches. He was polite, professional and gracious during the cleaning. It was easy to see that he was taking the small, diligent steps to ensure that our property was treated respectfully.
Since the couches are white, they show dirt very easily. After Mella’s service person cleaned them, they look brand new, like the day we first bought them. Additionally, the service was reasonably priced and definitely worth the money. I recommend Mella to any of my close friends or family.
