What great service. We hadn’t been to Quiznos for a long time, stopped in for lunch, and were very surprised at how friendly the staff were. The sandwiches were great as well.

How is that this location is the only Quizos left and the other decent ones closed down? I ordered a chicken salad wrap and I kid you not she gave me hella lettuce and like 3 – 4 pieces of itty bitty diced chicken. When I asked for a little more she looked at me like it was the end of the world and said«it cost 2 dollars more». What?! I barely even got any chicken and you wanna charge me more?! Sure whatever. But then she adds more lettuce. So now I basically have a wilted yellow lettuce wrap. They had no raspberry lemonade made and not to mention the soda machine was covered in tiny black ants. Gross. No thanks. Told the girl there was ants and she replied«oh». Really?! Oh?! Ya nasty! Clean it up! Also floors are super sticky!

I have been here two times now and my experience has been the same both times. I like Quiznos, and there are not many around so I was hoping it would be better the second time. Food is ok but any special requests seem to be an inconvenience to the employee. It’s also my opinion that if you work in the food industry you should care about product presentation and it seems theyou could care less. That was my last trip to this Quiznos.

The food was decent. The service was mediocre. I got a sub and soup. When they rang me up, I saw the cash register display«1 Chips» for a split second. When I questioned the cashier about this, she said, «oh, my finger must have slipped». It sounded rehearsed or scripted to me. I’m not saying it was deliberate, but be on your toes at this place!

Ordered a sandwich and when I presented a coupon which was purchased at this location for a free sandwich the owner started telling me to F#@% off and to get F#@%ed and that I wasn’t going to steal a sandwich from him. He even called the police and told them I was stealing food. I waited for about a half hour for police to show up but finally had to leave because I had all my groceries in the car. The coupon was imprinted with the stores address. DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE!

This has been one of my go to places for five and a half years since I work right across the street. Always has been fairly reliable even through changes in ownership I have noticed the last few times that I have been there that I’ve been overcharged so you might want to watch that other than that it’s been very good.

I did not get a good experience the last time me and my husband went there. We ordered 2 large sandwiches and a choose 2(flatbread and soup), and as we were paying we handed the buy 1 get 1 coupon they had sent us in the mail to use for the 2 large sandwiches. We’ve done this before and there was never a problem before. This time the guy charged us for the full amount for the 2 large subs and the soup! So we were questioning that, and he said that when he put in the code it gave us the flatbread free with the purchase of the large sub! It didn’t make sense to me, because the coupon clearly said«buy 1 get 1 equal or lesser size sub» so I told him nicely to cancel the choose 2 order then, because the reason we were there was to use the coupon for the 2 large subs. He said he already charged the card for that amount. Then I asked him if he could void the transaction and redo it and he said he couldn’t. What kind of business are they running over there that he couldn’t void a transaction? Besides, a choose 2 order is supposed to have a different code than the large sub! After all the talking and explaining back and forth with me, my husband and the manager(/owner?), he finally refunded us cash back because«apparently» he already charged our card for the full amount and couldn’t void the transaction. And apparently, the buy 1 get 1 coupon code cannot be used for 2 equal size subs when you purchase a choose 2 order? *sigh smh* Oh, and the subs were dry. I myself won’t be coming back there again.

We have lived in the Covington area since 2008. We visit this Quiznos often. We have always gotten outstanding service here. We appreciate the fact that they mail out great coupons either in VAL-PAK or the local Covington paper on a very regular basis. The owner of this Quiznos is very friendly and personable. Our favorite summer thing to do on Thurs. nights, is to get Quiznos subs to go in Covington and then head to nearby Lake Meridian park for their outdoor concert in the park. The perfect Thurs. night picnic! It is important that Covington area residents support this affordable and very nice sub shop. We are fortunate to have them and we are loyal local customers! — M&M

After working a long day, I decided to stop in to grab a quick bite to go and was surprised to see the owner working after 8 pm. My Buffalo Chicken Sub and Broccoli Cheese Soup were SO yummy! Please support this active community member’s business — your taste buds will appreciate your decision!

I decided to try it again. seeing as its been months since I was last here, and this time was totally different. The staff seems to have been completely replaced. It was all new people, and they were all very friendly and chatty. The guy made my sandwich, and it was perfect. I had the bleu cheese steak, and it had just the right amount of everything. Must admit, I’m impressed. Ill be back!
