OMG… Owner is so rude! Brought my teen just for polish-it was hell!!! I asked if she can remove her old polish and under her nails she stated they aren’t able to do that-I wondered why not-I say lazy! I asked them to paint her nails with design all 10 nails she asked me 4x’s if she wanted all ten and was scared I wasn’t going to pay! Worst experience and they ask for tips! Worst place to go!!! Do Not Go To T&B Nails-Spa worst place!!!

On a busy Mother’s Day, I waited til the last minute to book an appointment for a pedicure. I didn’t read the reviews until after i secured a reservation here. My experience was good. I paid the extra $ 10 for«deluxe» and it was worth it. I’ll definitely come back!

I have gone here a few times… If you are looking for a quick pedicure and manicure that is really not so quick then I guess you could come here they’re kind of expensive and they give horrible massages I personally love a long nice massage to remake pedicure and they maybe do it for 3 to 5 minutes when I got my manicure it was literally like they rub the lotion on my arms and then wiped it right off less than two minutes. It’s no wonder why if you go right down the street it’s no wonder if you go right down the street to Covington now it is always packed and this place is always dead. They can really learn a thing or two about doing a better job on longer-lasting manicures and pedicures. In terms of the polish and that they do a decent job it’s really just the service that is lacking.

I have never had many mani/pedis but I figured I’d try out this nail spa. As I went into this nice clean establishment, I was greeted very pleasantly. I was encouraged to pick out a polish and that my service was going to cost $ 50. As I was already soaking my tootsies what could I say about the price? I figured it had better be good! This was my first manicure(don’t judge!), but I’ve seen them when others have had them done during my pedi, so I knew what to expect. They had me soak my feet for under 5 minutes and never soaked my hands. A lotion was applied to my hands for only a minute or two, soon after my nails were buffed. Nails were clipped, feet buffed(I had horrible callouses), legs sugared, hot towels and done within 15minutes or so. My hands… Well instead of the woman moving to each side of my chair, she had me reach to my right. Polishing, drying, etc. Meanwhile, another customer came in and asked how much a mani/pedi cost and they quoted her $ 35! I noticed before she came in, they looked at the car the customer came in. Hmmm… I drive a pretty nice Chrysler 500 that I keep in good shape. Anyway… After it was all done with tax, tip(which they tapped on before I paid on their tablet), and an extra charge for using my debit card it all came out to $ 60!!! I will not go back there again.

Probably the worst service I have ever received. My nails look awful. I could have done a better job myself. Nail polish all around my nails and on fingers. Sloppy and bumpy fill job. Nails not cut evenly. I’m going to have to pay someone to fix them. Pedicure was awful too. Parafin wax and hot wet towel WAY too hot and burned my feet. Sloppy paint job. Nails were bubbling when I walked out. They also are a scam when it comes to the fake«25 dollar special» they have advertised in window. It says 25 for a manicure and pedicure. Then when you go to pay, they make every excuse in the world to not honor it. They told me sorry, only Monday thru Thursday. Even though sign says nothing about that. Con artists. Way overpriced and lousy service. Never again.

Clean shop. So far my pedicure has lasted over a week. Decently priced. Would return, but as always, searching for something a little cheaper!

Bait & Switch! Advertised $ 25 Mani/Pedi which I told the Guy when I walked in and his response was to ‘pick a color’. Gal walks up ‘you want gel’? No, I responded. She says ‘regular mani/pedi’? Um, ya-nothing special(just the advertised specia) l. As I’m leaving, I am paying $ 30(20% tip) and am informed that I must pay $ 35. I was NOT happy. I expressed I was not happy, will not return, no tip for them and they lost out on a whole wedding party in the next days. BEAWARE – BEVERYCLEAR if you want the ‘Special’. 2 gals came in as I was leaving and mentioned they saw the sign for $ 25 and were told ‘No, that’s only for walk-in’s’.(Which by the way I was) and since they made an appt-they were not eligible. VERY bad business practice.

I went in for an eyebrow and upper lip waxing. Well… I have no eye brows left! You would think she would have followed the lines. How are is that? Now they are pencil thin. They are uneven too. She was so rough on my skin I couldn’t believe it. She rubbed my makeup off with a dry cotton ball and rubbed so hard it hurt. Rude too! She barked some kind of command to me which I didn’t understand. Then barked it a second time. I still didn’t understand. Good grief. Never again. They won’t be in business long.

By far the nicest nail salon I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is nice, clean and relaxing and all the nail technicians are friendly, professional and just plain good at what they do. Lady in the previous review sounds unpleasant and ignorant assuming they’re «Korean» and talking badly about them in front of their faces.

I went to this salon with someone who had been there before. There were three technicians who were all sitting together talking when we arrived. Two of them came over to work with us while the other sat directly next to them just watching. The environment was good: instrumental music playing and a clean atmosphere. The technicians did not talk at all at the beginning. We both got shellac. My nails are heavily ridged and I asked my technician to add an extra coat. She did not understand. The technician next to her told her in Korean. Then a piece of fuzz landed in the wet paint. She pulled it out with a pair of needlenose pliers. It left a dent that she did not try to fix. I asked her to fix it. Then my technician started talking in Korean the whole time(both my friend and I could tell there was a good chance they were talking about us). After they finished painting our nails, my technician took a file and filed down my nails to match the paint job because she had not done a good enough job to get it all the way to the tips. In the process she cut my finger open with the file. I flinched and said«ow» not knowing that it was actually cut open and had started bleeding. During the same time, my friend had her cuticle filed and it started bleeding. We walked to the front and paid. I still gave them a tip because I hate not doing so. When we walked out my friend told me that the other times she’s been there they have been either good or really bad. I wondered why she would have suggested a place that had been bad, so here I am writing a review so others know before their fingers potentially get sliced.

I went for a shellac manicure since they were offering 20 percent off services. She did a good job. It was a basic manicure, nothing special. I decided on a whim to also have a bikini wax. That turned out to be a mistake. It was the most painful and unprofessional waxing I have experienced. They didn’t offer the disposable panties most places offer and was in the room while I undressed. They use cloth to remove the wax which I don’t prefer and proved to be ineffective to the point where I was left bleeding with burning skin. She didn’t even remove all of the hair. I should have said something about paying for such bad service but wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Stick with a mani/pedi.
