History

Established in 2008.

For a long time, the world of food preparation was centered around feasts and celebrations for kings and other noblemen. In fact, the first French restaurants didn’t appear until after the French revolution when, lacking an aristocracy, catering guilds were forced to find a new way to sell their talents. In regards to this history fact Chef L.A. Brown decided to open her first catering company to aid in making catering more accessible and realistic to those seeking a party catered to perfection to any nobleman or everyday cnsumer.

L.A.Brown is a chef, free lance makeup artist and entrepreneur in many ways. She has dedicated her self to the art world and continues to pursue new avenues for her company. This aspiring chef and former free lance artist has devoted her self to producing innovating techniques along with contemporary styles for all her clients. She creates dishes using local ingredients for all ready to eat meals. Her range of cooking goes from simple cuisine to fine dining and is sure to entice any age group or culture.L.A. is considered to be among the more talented in the industry. Although still attending Le Cordon Bleu of Atlanta she has worked along some of the elite in the Atlanta area. Her clientele ranges from servicing the staff of Cox broadcasting to Bravo T.V. hit reality show Atlanta Housewives cast.
