At Tixers, our goal is no wasted time and no wasted tickets. We are a digital ticket exchange providing several innovative solutions focused on saving time, minimizing risk, reducing waste, and providing more value for all fans and ticket holders. These solutions include risk-​free ticket selling and flexible name-​your-​price ticket buying to save fans time and money.

History

Established in 2013.

Tixers was founded at a Cincinnati Startup Weekend and won first place. In 2013, Tixers entered into the UpTech Accelerator in Covington, Kentucky. The first version of the website launched in March 2014.

In July, Tixers closed it’s seed round led by UpTech. In August, Tixers became an official partner with Xavier Athletics for the 2014 – 15 Men’s Basketball season.
