I purchased a set of tires here for my SUV because most other locations were out and I needed the tires to pass inspection. Their price for the tires was not the lowest but was competitive enough that I moved ahead with the purchase since it was time sensitive. The reason for the 2 star review is that one of the tires developed a slow leak a week after purchase and needed to be patched. I was traveling out of town at the time the repair was needed so I took it to another location for the repair. When I returned to town and contacted Monro regarding the leak they indicated the only thing they would be able to do would be to cover the cost of the patch if I brought the receipt in. Given how recently I had purchased the tire I felt this response was inadequate.

Never ever go to this monro muffler! I went to have my car inspected, it failed for needing new front brakes and a foggy headlight. Charged me over $ 500 for headlight restore and front brakes! When I had a question about my air filter since I’m a women he said let me describe it in girl terms and said it’s how you brush your teeth… I could not believe how he talked to me!
I have never been to treated so bad. This place is awful! I will never return! Luckily I found a greet place with fair rates and great service in Carnegie, and they do not talk to you in «girl terms»!

Scheduled appointment for state inspection and oil change. All seemed well, until they called to tell me I needed certain things done to pass inspection. With a mechanic in the family, I opted to not have them conduct any of these services. Still made me pay for the failed inspection, which is unheard of. When I questioned why I am paying for multiple inspections, service man was extremely rude and condescending. I felt taken advantage of for being a woman and ultimately paid for the service and will never return again. I don’t appreciate being talked down to, so I won’t be returning.
