This store is a great location to get assistance. Everyone is extremely professional and responsive. However, Stephanie is the only representative I want helping me. She is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable about their products, services and accessories. She is worth the wait if she is waiting on another customer. My family and me have been working with her the last several years and it’s worth the drive just to have her help you with your needs. I highly recommend this store and especially Stephanie.

Clean store. Zach Graham provides great service and the other representatives seem friendly. Pet peeve alert: don’t try to get something for nothing. The reps really could care less if you threaten to leave their service and go somewhere else. It’s 2012 people, phones cost around $ 700 bucks and every carrier has strengths and weaknesses. Okay, I’m done.
