Today Monro made a customer for life. Being denied service from one auto shop directly across the street, they pointed me in the direction of Monro. I didn’t even know that this place existed until today.
Pat at the front desk is just a great guy. He made me feel welcome and was fun to talk to. Donny, the guy who actually worked on my car, really knows his stuff and even let me come out to look at the damage. Who is THAT honest in the work they do anymore??? THESE GUYS.
I watched as they did the work needed on my car. They did an amazing job welding together the piece of exhaust I needed repaired. I know they did a good job because I have worked with welders and my significant other is a welder.
Not only did they fix the issue, but they did it in a half hour AND at a FRACTION of the price that I had been quoted.
I will never go anywhere else as long as Donny & Pat work at Monro. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet them AND get amazing auto service.

I feel obligated to write a review for Monro given that I’ve seen lots of people come on and blast them in their google reviews because of work their cars needed. Most people have said NEVER take your car here for an inspection, or NEVER have it worked on here yadda yadda. People don’t understand that cars need maintained. It’s an investment you’ve made and Monro is trying to protect it.
Now, that being said, sure they are trying to upsell and generate more revenue but everyone is. So to blast them for that is ridiculous.
I’ve had work done here twice including an inspection done today. Communication was great, service was great, and it was inspected PROPERLY, which is what is most important.
Previously they advised my car needed some work, I elected to not do it at the time and they didn’t pressure me into anything. I will continue taking my vehicles here and recommend it to others.
