Don’t let one star mislead you, it should be zero and they should be out of business in my opinion. It may just be one employee that works there, but that imbecile I spoke with over the phone called me «arrogant,» she was probably just trying to get a rise out of me, which she successfully did. My advice is to stay away, this company does not respect or appreciate their customers and there are plenty of other companies that do.
