The Elms of Cranbury

This is my Mother’s 3^rd time at the Elms on the sub-​acute 1^st floor. I can’t say enough about the kindness awarded her. She doesn’t really want to leave! This is the third time they have brought her back from an invalid in a wheelchair to a self sufficient woman walking, eating and enjoying her life once again. I swear she gets younger each time! It’s true the staff have to care for many others and waiting for attention can get discouraging, but once they do they
have WOWED us with their gentle care and attention to detail. The whole staff seem to acknowledge her by name and the physical therapy is THE BEST! Thank you Katheryn, Jackie and so many others. Your center is unmatched by any other.

So far my grandmother is sick and vomiting and the nurses seem to take good care of her. The only thing I do not like is the smell of urine and feces. But I really don’t know how much of that you can control. The nurses that I’ve encountered seem very friendly and tend to her as much as she needs. Overall this place is clean from what I can see and my grandmother enjoys the food very much!

ZERO STARS! The nurses are miserable & inconsiderate. We pulled our mother out of that hell hole after just a few hours. The staff is deplorable! My mother had double knee surgery & was told by a nurse to take her pills and hurry up because her shift was over and she was leaving all while my mother was on a bed pan! My mothers elderly roommate was left to fend for herself in a wheelchair dragging herself in the wheelchair
To the bathroom alone! She said the nurses never come so she stopped calling for one. Her son was furious with the treatment his mother was getting there. The nursing staff have no pride or dignity in their profession. People go there to heal and for help. They are a big failure. They should be ashamed!!! How dare they treat the elderly like this! I wouldn’t recommend this plAce to anyone ! Absolutely disgusting & deplorable beyond my imagination. I wouldn’t leave my dog there!
