I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for me to get responses from this company. I had NO problems with this company up until the time they received my payment in full.
Five months after I hired them I finally asked for a partial refund and to discontinue utilizing their services. They then claimed the work can take up to 9 – 12 months to complete! They never stated this when I hired them.
I’m still waiting on some kind of response (it’s been over a month), as well as a partial refund (for unused services). Nothing unrealistic. I’ve even offered to accept payments!
I found this company through Dave Ramsey ELP service and am shocked to be this disappointed. Hopefully they will give me a reason to come back and update this review!!! If not, buyer beware…
