I stopped by bmc to get a wheel alignment recently. The first thing the guys does, is back my car into another parked vehicle! He assumed I did not noticed him dot it because I was on the phone at the time it happened! I informed him that he left a scratch on my car along with paint marks, and he’s asked «are you sure you didn’t have that already» I let him know that it was him who did it. he’s solution was so take of the paint marks from the other car, but he had also left black scratches from peeling my paint off! Then it gets worst, he puts my car on the lift im observing the mechanic check my front tires. He doesn’t say anything to me or the other man (i think he is the owner) standing no where near my vehicle. suddenly the man who i believe is the owner starts telling me that I have a broken inner tide rod and a broken axle and they can’t do the alignment until i fix those problems. He informed me that it was my inner tide rod which is the most expensive! I found it a little weird that the man that let me know the things that were wrong with my car did not look at my car once or communicate with the mechanic at all. I took my car to my trusted mechanic, long and be hold I HAVE NO BROKEN AXLE OR TIDE RODS! everyone be ware, these people are obviously trying to get anyone for money. I assume they thought I was a good target since I am a female and at the time I went I was alone! so LADIES BE WARE! please don’t give your business to these kind of people. It’s not kool to try and bleed anyone for money especially around the holidays.

Poor customer service!!! From the girl who answers the phone to the mechanics. I have attempted on several times to come here and do a wheel alignment. First time I was told the alignment guy wasn’t in, so I came the following morning and was told he couldn’t do it for another two hours. For a place that is seemingly busy they should be better prepared to schedule appointments. Also advising customers an average time it takes is advisable so that we can make accommodations as well.
I would rather take my money elsewhere and pay a huge price than coming back here again. After such terrible customer service their workmanship inspires little confidence in me.
