History
Established in 1990.
Greg spremulli, owner and chef along with 3 chefs who have worked by his side as well as 5 waitstaff and the caffe manager all started together in 1990 and still work hard together every day. Gregs grandparents came to this country from a town in Italy named Itri, so he decided to name the Caffe after their little town. Many of his recipes are from their region.
