Carpet Cleaning Experts

I always say the only time folks bother to write reviews of companies on line is if they had excellent service or terrible service. Luckily, mine was the former. I called Carpet Cleaning Experts for a quote to clean and wax my brand new VCT kitchen floor. My kitchen is only 200 sq ft but I had been quoted such high prices to clean and wax it,\ that I was preparing to do it myself. Carpet Cleaning Experts quoted half what other companies did. They did have to reschedule my first appointment but called with plenty of notice. On the day of my actual appointment they showed up right on time, took less time than I thought they would and did an AMAZING job. They were also really pleasant to work with. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need my floor waxed.

The price is right; they pick up and drop off area rugs in about a week. This last time, there were real delays in picking up and I happened to be waiting for them, so I was aggravated, but you can leave the area rugs out for pick up if need be.
There’s always a bit of an ‘oily’ feeling from the cleaning solution on the fibers when I get teh rugs back but no smell, and they’re clean. And it goes away.
I called Bön Ton and it was about $ 300 for one rug. I got two done for $ 200 or so, plus the lesser loved rug got done for free in their regular ²⁄₁ deal.
**I don’t have expensive oriental rugs.

So, I HAVE read all of these awful reviews about this company, and I STILL called them to pick up my rug, clean it, mend the fraying edges and return it to me, — because: 1) I wasn’t in love with the rug and decided to take a chance, and 2) mainly because I couldn’t find another company to do the work I needed to have done and my husband was really putting a LOT of pressure on me to get said rug out of garage and onto repair man’s truck and back down on our floor!
Fast forward, rug was picked up timely by a super nice guy, it was cleaned, it was repaired (the owner called me with two options for the repair of the rug’s edges and I went with the least expensive) — returned to my home in under two weeks by the very same nice guy, who opened up the package and unrolled the rug right in front of us to get our approval. We thought they did a terrific job. I don’t remember the cost, but it was very affordable (or I WOULD have remembered!) and we could not have been happier.
SO, I do understand that others who have Unilocal’ed here were unhappy for one reason or another, and while I’m sure their reasons were valid, I’d simply like to say that we were very pleased with this company and are preparing to have them clean another one of our rugs soon.

very poor customer service. I had to pick up my rug after waiting 3 hours for delivery person that never showed. we never got a call. When I took the rug home and unrolled it I was very disappointed in tne job they did. I was expecting a professional job, I have done better with a rug doctor. I wish I had the reviews first.

One star is too high a rating for this Carpet Cleaning Experts. They picked-​up and delivered my oriental carpet as planned and the deliverers were helpful and courteous. At the pick-​up I requested that Billy (the carpet ‘expert’) call me about an appraisal. This was written on the work order. He didn’t call. When the scheduler called to arrange delivery, I again requested that the expert call me before the delivery. He didn’t call. When the carpet was delivered I requested once more that Billy call me. He never called.
When received my carpet looked as though it was cleaned very spottily — some areas bright with original colors evident, and some areas as if they were stained with tea. In addition, small white spots look as if bleach dripped on it. My carpet looks much worse than before it was ‘cleaned’ and perhaps is ruined.
Overall we had a bad experience with this company.

I have used this company many times in the past and never had any issues until yesterday I had an apt in the morning which was then moved to 2:30 in the afternoon at 3:00 no one had come yet I received a call from the company saying they were running late it would be no longer then a half hour they finally showed up at 4:30 I was quoted a price and the price changed once they got here I called to complain and the women asked to speak to her «guy» he spoke briefly to her then hung up and said she said you can have 15% off I feel it was very unprofessional to have the tech tell me that she should of explained the pricing and again they were two hours late I could not make dinner or give my children baths until they left at 6 pm I will never use this company again and don’t recommend anyone else does completely unprofessional

Worst carpet cleaning company I have ever dealt with. The customer service they have is by far just DISGUSTING with their ATTITUDES!!! They did such an awful job with cleaning my carpets and the tech applied way too much soap to the rugs, yet customer service or the manager wouldn’t do anything to help me. WILL NEVER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!! WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THIS COMPANY FOR SURE!!!

AWFUL! Do not use these people! Months of trying to get my money back after they ruined my rug. Was told that the guy that picked up my rug was new and he should have never taken it to begin with but they still tried to clean it, ruined it, AND took my money!!! Scammers!!! You have been warned!
