This office has been nothing but timely, courteous, helpful and kind to myself and my 2 children. The staff is awesome.
I had an emergency with my youngest this weekend. Not only did they call me back immediately, but they fit me in first thing Monday am.
I couldn’t be more pleased with this office.

Staff is pleasant and courteous.
My teeth cleaning was thorough and painless. My hygienist was very good about telling me what she was doing, every step of the way.
The exam by the doctor was also very good and informative.

They have the latest technology, including the ability to make crowns within an hour. I don’t understand, however, why they won’t use a little nitrous to make the experience– let’s say, a bit more something I could look forward to.

Dr. Bender rocks!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bender for quite a few years. After relocating (1400 miles) and due to the flexibility of my employer, I continue to maintain my dental care with Dr. Bender’s office due to the professionalism and excellent patient care received.
I appreciate Dr. Bender based on his preventative and direct approach to my dental care. I usually have a list of questions and he patiently reviews them with straightforward and personable replies. He is willing to take the time to explain processes and the decisions /​recommendations he makes.
As importantly, I greatly value the staff. They are very flexible, patient and have the ability /​willingness to answer questions, juggle the appointment schedule and address insurance inquiries. Phone calls are always returned within a very short period of time, insurance and invoices are processed in a timely fashion and the time in the wait room is very very brief. The office is clean, modern and equipment is updated.

I’m starting to think that it’s all about the bottom line with this dentist.
My kind and caring hygenist was repaced by a younger, and presumably, cheaper model. Not happy.

Let me say that I have an extreme fear of needles – and dentists. I know no one likes them, but I just about cry out of fear when I have to go. I know, «grow up», but it is what it is.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bender. Kind, caring, and he explains EVERYTHING to you. I expressed what a baby I was, and they didn’t make me feel badly about it. Best of all: I didn’t feel a thing! This has NEVER happened to me, as I have very sensitive teeth.
I had a large silver filling removed (that was cracking) and had a crown done– ON SITE. They now have state of the art technology that allows them to mill it right away (20 min wait). SO COOL. I watched tv while it was being made.
Seriously, this guy is the real deal. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Now here’s my story and I’m sticking with it…
I had a 10 year old root canal that was heading south and it was painful. I had called around to a few dentists but with little luck over the phone. So I got a referral to Dr. Bender from a friend. When I set up the appointment I let them know that I did not have insurance and the receptionist gave me the breakdown of costs right over the phone. Efficient and courteous. So far so good.
I arrived for my appointment and filled out the new patient forms and a lovely tech took me back to the «chair». Now I have always hated dental work, both from a pain factor and the costs. I did not want to loose this tooth because of the costs for an implant would be out of reach. Not to mention the money I had previously invested in it to save it previously.
They did the X-​rays and then the doctor came in to do his thing. He was very pleasant and again courteous. Before I could express my desire to save the tooth, he said that the condition was not serious enough for an extraction. He suggested an antibiotic régime and then referred me to a root specialist to address the source of the infection.
I left the office in a great mood and was very happy to have been given an alternative to extraction. Visit with X-​rays was $ 91. I even got copies of my records. I ended up with a referral and prescriptions as well as a new dentist.
I feel bad for CC because of the check situation. I have been on the chasing end for getting paid for checks. Not fun and burned once, twice shy.
I do recommend Dr. Bender.
