Seasonaly — We cater to tent campers that want REAL camping in the woods with fire pit, picnic table all you add is a tent some fire wood and memories. Horse camping bring your horse put in a large grassy pen set up your camp a short distance from horse and enjoy the «ranch» experience. Year round we have full care, natural horse stables each horse get thier own 100×100 pen with a 10×10 run in shelter, feed 2x a day with grass hay.

History

Established in 2000.

We were unhappy with the kind of camping we were finding for our family. We wanted real camping with a fire pit, picnic table and trees instead of Motor homes surrounding our site. This is what we have achieved here and have been able to incorporate the animals into the mix. People traveling or camping with their horses have a nice and safe place to stay. And Families from the city that only see Animals in zoos or on TV get to see «Food» animals in their natural environment Cows, Horses, Sheep, Goats, Chickens, Rabbits and now even pigs. All of this in a very clean environment.

We are retired roofers that were not happy with any of the places we were finding to camp. All of the real camping was disappearing leaving us with only RV parks. A tent in between RV’s sewer pipe on 1 side and looking through window at big screen TV is definitely not camping. So we found this place and have tried to create a tent camping place that is real camping. Sites surrounded by trees, rock fire pits, and cell service that is sketchy at best. You get to rest and unplug. This is what we call «camping».
