The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were only able to ship one of my packages due to high-​value liability restrictions. So the employee explained that I have to ship the other one from a UPS Customer Center and handed me a Mapquest print out of directions to the nearest location. It was the most efficient, pleasant shipping experience I have ever had.
