She is incredible — easy to work with, available and quick to respond to ALL of your many questions, kind and fun, and gets the job done, better than you can ever imagine. Walking into our wedding was beyond what we could have dreamed of — thanks to Jamie. EVERY guest at our wedding complimented on her, her talent, and her staff. She was a joy to work with and we feel lucky that she could be a part of our wedding experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Blue Bird on more than one occasion this summer, and it was always a pleasure. Hiring Jamie Booth/​Blue Bird events to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we could have made. Jamie helped us with finding vendors, organizing the day of timeline, managing all the décor and flowers and then executing our wedding day.
Jamie has the perfect balance of being polite and being able to wrangle everyone from crazy family members to disorganized vendors. «Organized hustle» was the way my husband described it and I would have to agree. Crested Butte is a true small town and has its own unique style and pace that can sometimes be difficult for out-​of-​towners to manage when planning an event. Jamie has great relationships with business owners in Crested Butte and understands the strengths and weakness of each vendor. She gave us multiple different ideas and options for our rehearsal dinner that we would have never thought of and ended up having the perfect rehearsal dinner at the Ginger Café

Jamie helped us execute the perfect wedding from long distance. We already had established many suppliers, but she recommended awesome music, decorated our venue perfectly, purchased and designed our flowers, and was there on the day to assure that everything went off perfectly. The bride felt 100% comfortable with Jamie, and we took full advantage her creativity with only the broadest of instructions.

Jamie is the perfect person to plan your wedding. She has experience in networking and has advanced organisational skills. If there were one thing, however that makes her stand out for me its her personality and demeanour.
Jamie has the perfect blend of focus and an easy going personality. She truly enjoys working with people and it shows. I’m a wedding DJ and I must say, in working with Jamie I have found her to be always pleasant and present. She is attentive to not only the needs of the bride and the party but also her vendors.
