Granite Solution

BEWARE. The low prices may be enticing, but be prepared for the most unprofessional experience possible. From the day they came out to measure to the day they installed* the counters, was a nightmare mixed with terrible communication, shady business practices, and one RUDE office lady.
Lets start from the beginning… the person that measured for granite failed to measure correctly… this would come back to hurt us at the end of the project. We scheduled our installation date and anxiously waited. On the day on installation, they were over a half hour late when the office person called us to let us know they had just left. What she failed to mention was that they broke the slab and would be coming to our house with only one piece of granite.
Once the installers got to our house, they informed us that they had dropped the slab. (The 2 younger installers were the only positive aspect of the experience, they were good at what they do). We called the office person and she acted shocked stating that they had other jobs and couldn’t be back to install it until later in the week. This was completely unacceptable as we had already taken off of work to get this done. She called back and told us they someone would be out the next day by 12 to finish the job.
Fast forward to the next day… installers were over an hour late so we had to call to see where they were at. We had to have someone else at our house since it was the middle of the week and we both had to work. She stated that they were still downtown and would be there around 4… which is almost 5 hours late. Again, we said this was unacceptable, as we had someone waiting there for us and they too needed to get back to work.
They decide to send out different installers who arrived an hour later with very little interest in quality work. One guy didn’t speak any English, so there was a BIG communication problem. Due to the mis-​measurement, the installers had to make a cut (while we were not there) that ended up looking AWFUL. They failed to secure the counter to the dishwasher and rushed out of the house without collecting payment or any forms stating the work had been completed.
Few weeks later, office person leaves multiple messages while we were out of town, threatening to send us to collections if we did not pay our bill. When I called back to explain our dissatisfaction, she responded with an extremely combative attitude and never offered to complete the work that we agreed upon. She definitely could use a few lessons in customer service.
I came here on a recommendation, but WILL NOT be recommending that anyone buy their granite here.

Good selection of granite and good people to do business with. We have had them install 3 bathrooms and now in the process of installing a new counter in the kitchen. Plus the price is much better than the competition. Would recommend them.
