Called and scheduled an appointment for a week later. They called the day of the appointment to let me know the technician was on his way. He called when he was close and asked for directions. He was very friendly and quick to diagnose the problem. He told me what the issue was and continued to fix it. My only complaint is that I was not made aware of the charge prior to the repair. I was only told the total when the technician was finished with the repair. I would have liked to known before and given a choice on to repair or not to repair.
Overall happy with the service.
Have no other repairs to compare prices to, though.
