Buyer beware!!! They lie and don’t know how to lay carpet. I could see every seam and this was a very unpleasant experience! Would never ever recommend ever !!!

I had a terrible experience with Michael’s Flooring. The salesperson flat out lied about how soon they could have the flooring available for installation; it took three weeks longer than promised and delayed moving into my new home, costing me $$$. The installation was poorly done; my baseboards were ruined and adjacent carpet was cut to short for the doorjambs. When I complained it took weeks, and the resolution was not to my satisfaction. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy from another flooring company.

I’m not big on writing reviews but my experience with the folks at Michael’s was too good to not recognize. These guys are professional at every place in the organization. The sales guy who was also the estimator had been an installer earler in his career. When he came out to do the measurement his estimate on the materials was perfect and I think in large part because of his experience. We had one other estimate where the inaccuracy in estimating the job made their estimate 40% higher than the Michael’s estimate.
The installation guy (Tim R.) is one of a vanishing breed. His craftmanship was unbelievable and he was incredibly proud of that as he should be. He had over 35 years of experience and he cared about every element of his job. Not only how the tile went down but how he addressed every area he worked. From caulking the baseboards to cleaning up the garage befoe he left the job.
I will recommend Michael’s to everyone I know.
I realize that sometimes over-​the-​top reviews seem like their planted but this is a genuine review of what I just experienced with these folks. I checked the BBB before using them and now I understand how they have a sterling reputation. I’m a small business owner too and can recognize success and these folks have got it figured out.
